One of there best
I was off the coast of Viet Nam, on a Navy oil tanker, and when in Japan I had purchased a Stereo system with a reel to reel and a turn table, with a 200 watt amplifier at 4 ohms. I would set the speaker up outside on the deck on a lazy Sunday. My dad and brother I adored were dead, everyone on the ship hated me for being a "Jesus Freak." I had been praying for years for the Lord to provide me with a girl to marry..I was so lonely I felt broken. I set up a lounge chair and I played the Moody Blues album. The song "Question" came on and I remember looking up to the clouds in prayer singing the lyrics to God with tears in my eyes; "I'm looking for someone to change my life, I'm looking for, a miracle in my life...." That is the phrase that I would sometimes sing to God, when there was no music playing. As it turns out, God did have a miracle waiting for me, whom I had known since before I could walk. A girl I had a crush on when in grade school and then again in high school. Within a year I was engaged to my sweetie I've been married to for 46 years now. My miracle is Gayle, who did change my life
