Omg Kanoe, God once again has perfect timing. When you talked about false prophets and seeking the word for the word is true ( chapter 8 verse 19-20), this reminded me of last weeks sermon. I literally heard the same words from a preacher that filled in for our church's preacher (hes away on leave). Love this! And thank you Kanoe, I'm finally back in church after 6 years. ❤
"The more faith you have, the more you can actually see." I like that! So true. It's so funny to me how your animal reference sent me off exploring for a second time. I got to thinking about Jesus riding in on a donkey, the donkey being used to speak sense into Balaam, how I believe they were seen as a symbol of wealth earlier on in our reading, and even later in Isaiah as we look at the millennial kingdom and how the animals and humans will interact differently, but for now they have been given the dread of man in order to protect them, interestingly enough. So I looked up more about what these animals meant to the people of this time and you know where I'm going to go share that. In the Facebook group! 😄
when you said "students are being more valued in society and a lot of disrespect towards elders"- reminds me of the protests going at universities right now. crazy how i'm seeing this at the same time.
