Why not just use special tool for removing the clutch housing's nut...? just wondering....... and judging by the way it looks, seems like you've been working on it a few times before....?

Go on Olx there are many. I had one, at that time the maintenance was very high (1980's). For a high RPM engine air cooling is not enough. You need a liquid cooled engine.
That piston looks very clean.which 2stroke oil are you using?
The bike Owen rebore and change piston before 100km by other garage ,but still now the oil seal ripe ,so we rebuilt again for this reason.
