Wing was not ass but he only teached them basics. Bisky training is looking good because of Gon & Killua talent otherwise most nen newbies aren't surviving Bisky training. Also she is teaching them advanced techniques and even in that she didn't teached them everything like En & In.
Wing focused a lot more on building their foundation, which was definitely crucial. I suspect the reason why they're managing to follow Bisky's hardcore training so well was that they (of course) have natural-born potential but at the same time, their foundation in Nen was strong. I think if Gon and Killua had spent a much longer time at the Heavens Arena, Wing could have taught them a lot more but he still probably might not have been able to help them reach their fullest potential like Bisky can because he also had to be considerate of Zushi whose skills and abilities couldn't match up to Gon and Killua. Bisky is also able to go all-out training them because the resources are plentiful in Greed Island. Bisky did say that the game was designed to make people stronger as they progressed. If they had met at maybe Heavens Arena, they might not have developed as fast,
The nen exorcist guy is being two faced because he's trying to push other people to fight Genthru. So he said stuff like "you're the people I can most rely on" to boost their ego, but in reality he's just trying to get as many people to fight the Boomer gang, he's using them as sacrificial pawns. And the reason for that is that as he said, the Nen beast won't disappear until he can clear the condition for deactivating Boomer's bomb (which as you remember was to touch Boomer and say "I caught the boomer"). So he's trying to create many enemies for the Boomers in the hope that someone will kill or knock them out so that he can touch Genthru (the main boomer) and fulfil the ability's removal condition. On top of the Nen beast not disappearing, it's likely that he can't use his Nen exorcism power as long as he hasn't made the previous beast disappear so it's all the more important that he make sure Boomer dies or is beaten. "she's better than Wing"' it's a bit difficult of a comparison because Wing focused so much on maximising potential and the absolute basics. That way not anywhere as flashy but it was necessary work to begin with.
actually Gon in this time is faster than Killua and Killua is stronger than Gon, but as they develop thier nen Killua gets fatser than Gon and Gon gets stronger than Killua.

2:43, "recovery speed", not speed
Gon speed is no way near killua's speed
actually Gon in this time is faster than Killua and Killua is stronger than Gon, but as they develop thier nen Killua gets fatser than Gon and Gon gets stronger than Killua.
Killua is better than Gon in every way but Gon's potential goes crazy.
