Minor additive elemental shield can also protect by making the party immune to fire and cold damage Though the levels required is substantially more level intensive
Quick tip: same with the "flow into arrows > into fertilizer", the corpses from the fertilizer can become skin using the butcher table, the skins can become fibers that u can use to make textures and then use to make blankets
yeah i thought the game had some temperature survival mechanic. i lost so many items before seeing some post somewhere explaining what they actually did

Got any tips for training allies? So far riding them and restraining myself and them has been good for defensive stats and offensive of other party members, but I'm wondering if there isn't a better way.
@@DarkSlayerJ food is very important for building them up. You can gift them books to teach them skills, and I haven't got as far but I think you can gene mod skills and spells
@@Rumplenutskn Weird, I tried gifting books a few times and they've never read them to get new skills or skill ups for me. Do you know if it's a chance? Any tips for a good steady stream of well cooked food? I'm struggling to keep just myself and 2 others stocked on good stat food 24/7. I'm able to keep them up for the most part but there's still time where I check in and realize they ran out of and need to scramble to remax the up time.
@@DarkSlayerJ you're giving them specialized skill book instead of a spell book right? And for food. I try to supplement my mobile pantry with premade meals from towns but once you get anatomy up, you can get a lot of meat. I'll even run into the over world monsters for meat. @@Rumplenutskn Yes, I tried giving one a book for eye of mind. Let them hold onto it for a few days, then tried gifting it. The books gone but they do not have the skill. @@Voen_Sveta you need a blanket stack in each persons inventory. And yes it's automatic. I think it's per instance of damage. So say you get hit with 1 fireball, it might have destroyed 6 items, but it's just one instance of damage so only one charge gets used.
Underrated video maker. Good job. I appreciate all the work that goes in to making these so useful and short.

have to say that is not a perfect convertion ratio but it is certainly a good option as paper and other sources of fiber are a big PITA

The best first mount, IMO, is the starting little girl, because she can be grown as a long-term companion anyway.

how does it work? you and your ally just need a blanket in inventory? and 6 charges means it can save 6 items?
