TA7642 is an IC, it is not a transistor
Sorry, but a video that just shows components being soldered together isn't a very useful "how to make" video. Now, if you had shown a schematic diagram, and explained how every component in the circuit worked, then _that_ would be useful.

Still use my 1N34 and toilet paper roll. No battery or power needed. I was amazed at crystal clear sound when I ran it through my guitar amp.
Is called "cristal radio" works by picking up the radio signals with the variable capacitor-tuning coil asambly and the small diode rectifies or "cuts in half" the signal and you fed tht to an earphone or amp
Pd: the name "cristal radio comes from the glass-shieled germanium diode
If you ground the antenna coil the reception will improve.

Great video love radio stuff especially transmitters working on a 1 watt drive atm when I figure out the arrangement of components
where you are getting bc549, i cant find them in market anymore.
Рекомендую додати на вихід передавача П-контур для усунення побічних гармонік. Робив я колись такі штуки. Без П-контура випромінюють 6 гармонік. 6 побічних частот.

Put a capacitor between the coil to reduce noise, and swap the ceramic capacitors for electrolitics

NIce video but the construction technique isn't good, even if it works. There's huge potential for cold solder joints and stress fractures. That definitely would have received a failing grade in my college circuits construction course.

АМ( амплитудная модуляция) почти все страны отказались от АМ. В недоразвитых странах старое оборудование может быть еще работает. Треск,речь которую вы не знаете и другие суперные шумы слушать малоприятное дело. Только СВ ночью можно слушать всякую тарабарщину. В 60- 70 собирал и на лампах и транзисторах, но сейчас 23год. ФМ сложнее собирать, но там хоть что то можно слушать.
