I am having REF 611 relay .. it's trip circuit led is continuously showing red even after installing it in feeder..
It will keep showing the red light untill you will make a diode circuit according to site parameters
when i try to save settings it displays error message ' FAILED TO COMMIT ' can you pl help on how to resolve this issue.

I have a Master Trip alarm on my RF615. Start and Trip LED lights are showing stable ON. How do i reset it. I tried clearing it but it doesn't goes off.
When your Master trip operate, then go to main page on relay, it will show 86, and then press green key/ON key, your master trip will be reset.

In REF615 Over current start indication continue blinking what is problem
It will blink untill you connect this relay to grid system & some diode arrangements will be required to acknowledge that light.you will find the connection diagrams in ABB drawing .
Check whether it is in Test mode or Normal mode.

If your realy has in built 86 trip, then go to main page, where u will see "86" and then press green key, realy and indication will be reset.
Otherwise go to programmable LED, indication LED and clear it, then scroll down for TRPTC1 master trip and reset it.
