Jason, that what I keep trying to tell you. Although you were dramatized when those pigs headed for the road, as long as you got those pigs back safely and your family was safe.... put a positive spin on it. I'm a cyclists and I had bad days on the road but as long as I make it home safely, that bad day turns out to be one of your better stories...... go back to that video and I betcha it's one of your most watched. In real time, it truly is serious but after the facts, put a smile on the mission was accomplished and avoid those ulcers. It is fun and makes and even better story. You guys are doing great!

Thank you for mentioning about the chickens I noticed the feathers a while ago. I imagine that since you take such good care of them they look and are healthier than what I am buying from the store

Turkey’s will eat eighty percent from grazing if they can find enough, and with high protein food can gain a lot of weight!!

Bucket of food, ringing bell, give some, keep moving giving,ringing they will follow you anywhere. We feed inside cattie trailer with bell alert food in. Critical for fire evacuation. Load in 5 min.

My turkeys won't stay in a fence lol I just let them be loose and put them up at night. My goose flies right over too.

In my experience
Raising animals is so easy compared to planting rows and rows of veg. Maintaining the garden and protecting it from animals, then harvesting etc etc. Livestock seems sooo easy to me vs gardening the rows. Then again I don’t have a real tractor to plow sow harvest etc. If you can afford machinery for that it would definitely be much easier.
