If you don’t think you will get much use out of a formal dining area don’t do it. You already have a space to sit and eat with your family and your parties look like the flow well from kitchen to family room. The builder called it a dining room but it’s a Colquitt house. An unused dining room is just some extra shit you gotta dust.
