In this video I'll be sharing Kulfa Gosht Recipe by Mrs. Norien

Ingredients :-
Mutton :- 300 Gram
Kulfa / Purslane Leaves :- 20 Bunches
Onion :- 1 Big size
Ginger Garlic Paste :- 1 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder :- 1 Teaspoon
Salt :- Half Teaspoon
Turmeric :- 3 Pinch
Tomato :- 300 Gram
Lemon Juice :- 1 Lemon
Green Chili :- 2
Coriander Leaves :- 2 Teaspoon
Oil :- 1 cup
Water :- Half cup

See if you can find “Verdolagas” in any Mexican o Mediterranean store. It is kulfa or very close to it.

It's a type of leafy vegetable.. Usually available in summer.. It's called purslane or pigweed in English. In North India it's called luni ki bhaji
