Thanks for sharing ! Nice work with the camera and great effort on the ride ! I am wondering what camera you were using and how you kept the battery warm and charged ?
Good job. So now you are ready to train for Alaska Iditarod race of 350 miles or 1000 miles. I am tracking them now and these are not humans 😂, they are super humans. Temps are now with wind -27F to -40F around 350 mile checkpoint. After dog races there are Fat tire bikers, some skiers and even some runners in a race. There are some tough people in northern countries. I believe there are some racers from Norway.
@@TorHovlandDarn it, I didn't even think about it. How much was it? I can't find current fee, although I can see why it would cost a lot. It requires flying racers and equipment back. I believe a lot of them do fundraising prior to, but for the reference, summer Mt Marathon in Seward is so popular that people pay up to $1500 just to buy a lottery entry 🤦🏼♀️ and there is nothing huge, out of ordinary as far as support, and the race is short.
Thanks for taking us along on your adventure. I ride my fattie in winter in Canada, so I enjoyed it a lot! Good for you!
Right on , thanks for sharing.
Very Enjoyable , TY for sharing 🙂 (Manitoba Canada)🙂
Thanks for sharing your adventure!
The race leader in @ 25:57 is riding a 2021 Trek Farley 5, proving you don't need a carbon frame to win a race.
This is serious mental toughness. So boring to ride in winter for that long.

Thanks! I was using an Insta360 X3 mounted to my handlebars, which made filming very easy. I had a power bank to keep it charged.

Hei! Jeg har aldri pigget noen dekk selv. Dette var med ferdigpiggete 45Nrth Dillinger med 258 pigger 🙂

@@makb5354 Yeah, that's about the same as ITI350 last time I checked. If it includes the return flight, that helps a bit.
The path looks gorgeous. Were you on an electric bike? You seemed too relaxed.
As stated by Fat Viking:
No (hidden) motors, no doping!
