Hiya Gabby, 🩷 Try sanding the blades of your secateurs and they should work again 😉 also, if you have some spent coffee grounds, sprinkle them in the garden as they repel snails. Bless Jensen, he’s a good little helper 🩵
Not sure about this but ‘flawless cleaning ‘may be able to help by clearing out next door garden for free . Then you get rid if their snails, mice, ( if any) extreme intruding weeds etc. worth a try.

Hi Gabbie I’m like you with a bad throat and a flu thing.Laid up in bed with all the family here.Its my sons birthday (31st) of May and I’m in bed not fit for anything.But I just can’t get up today. You have a nice garden it’s a good size isn’t it. There’s lots of bugs around at the moment.Hope you feel better soon.xx

Just an idea but why don’t you put your ratten seteas and table under your pagola with a nice plastic rug under your table . Then solar fairy lights wrapped around the pagola . Will look nice at night . Maybe some of that fake ivy hanging or wrapped around pagola or some hanging baskets . All your rubbish laying around take to a skip or hide in shed 😂. You have a massive garden and lots of potential their without having to spend loades . Poundland is good 6 pound for 3 metre solar fairy lights I’ve wingled mine on top of pagola .keep up the great work .

I always like seeing your garden improvements. Jenson is a good helper. You might like to get an outside tote for the boys water guns and balls 🏀 and things to store their outdoor toys in. It may help you when tiding up. I’m not sure if you have an outside trash can with lid for out in the backyard. It may help you out also. Wow! How nice to watch the fire works from your backyard. Feel better soon.

The plant that is growing there and you said you don't know what it is, it's a healthy plant. Plantain. The leaves are good to bind cuts, it helps healing.😊
Coffee is a natural snail deterent. Also, I was so ill with the bug you described yesterday. I was switching between a cold flannel and a hot water bottle! I still feel a bit zoned from it and a lingering headache. Hope you're feeling better lovely ❤

If u pull the bindweed from the root end the rest will die. Make sure you get any loose leaves as they will rejuvenate new plants. As long as you keep pulling it by roots it will keep under control to certain extent 😊

If u cant get rid of the tyre. Paint it a colourful colour and put earth and fertilizer in and grow bedding plants( low flowering plants)

This is why I wanted a pergola, but nick keeps putting his bike under it instead, and it's driving me up the wall.
