Mr Gunnarson, I hope you see this, you introduced me into the world of DCI, 2016 was the first show that I ever watched and I instantly fell in love whenever I heard it, I wanna be able to march but unfortunately I play Trombone which usually only marches in a single movement or so, but I wanna try learning a valved instrument so I can play like you do🥺, thank you for the inspiration

Nick does Quad drumming bruh, you can’t deny the fact that bd perform really well. They may not have the greatest shows but they are really good on a performance standpoint
This ballad makes me wanna cry every time lol. I talk about it with my band director (this drum major) all the time and we love it. Def gotta be my favorite show of all time. What I would give to be able to see it again

fun fact: bens video of Downside Up is what got me into dci! (although im in marching band and concert band i had never heard of dci before i saw his video)
I will always look up to you Ben! I'm in 7th-grade band and I play the french horn, I have watched the headcam video 100+ times because I love marching band and cant wait to go into marching band, Thank you for inspiring me !
Last year for my southwind audition we played up chromatically from middle c and I hit double f for the first time ever in that audition. It was INSANE
I've just started watching this channel recently but I think it's so cool what you guy are doing! It's cool to see an inside perspective from some of the shows that I know I looked up to before being able to join the activity and I think it can give other people an idea of what drum corps is like and how it has affected you all. I'm excited to watch more videos and learn more about some of these shows that I enjoy so much and just to hear the conversation y'all have. Keep up the awesome work :)
That was such a great show! That summer I worked with another lifelong DCI fan who was roughly my age and every morning when I got to work, we would talk the previous night's shows - his son was in Scouts that year - and that often including griping about the Coats unis! LOL! But that music...oh my! Could not get enough of it. There were passages that made me think of the Latin charts of the Scouts in the 80s and 90s. I could tell from the first night when I saw that show in the Premiere broadcast in the theater that that was the show to beat in 2016. I felt a little disloyal to BD in having to admit that was probably my favorite of that summer. Great show!
Could you guys please make a video about auditions, costs, camps, Spring training and everything before the summer season? I haven’t found too much information about those sorts of things and I think that it would be awesome to hear about. Keep up the great work! I love these videos!
Everything before the summer season is weekly online music and visual assignments, you can make payments on your total fees, and auditions you just gotta work you ass off and show up as prepared as you can
Niceeee keep up the content guys! Show reaction recommendations: 2002 Cavs, 2003 SCV, 2007 P.R., 2011 B.D. (my personal fave show ever, second only to ‘12 Crown), 2011 Cadets, 2011 SCV, & 2018 B.C.
I'd love to see a reaction to Crown 2014 Out of This World. It's a personal favorite of mine as a fan, but I'd like to see a more in depth breakdown of the show.
I only found this channel today, but it’s pretty good and I enjoy these. If your looking for an older show to watch, I would suggest 1991 Star of Indiana. In my opinion it has one of the best closers
I know it sounds dumb, but y'all should do a reaction video for either BD 17' or BD 19'. Atleast for 17' Everett can speak on some of the things that went into that show, and for 19' you all can speak to it, could even bring in a percussion member as a guest as well. :) great video too! this is one of the shows that inspired me to get into marching band and drum corps.
This is my favorite show of all time (besides metamorph and inferno lol), im super excited to see what these guys have to say about it as former members!
This was so much fun!!!
Was fun having you at The Company! Michigan City was a blast!

Explain why everyone says BD shouldn’t have won whenever they do
Nick does Quad drumming bruh, you can’t deny the fact that bd perform really well. They may not have the greatest shows but they are really good on a performance standpoint
Nick does Quad drumming the judges do 🤷🏽♂️
I just now put together that Malik won championships with two different corps. Wow.

That's awesome you had a journey from second trumpet to lead. and marched both blue teams. Really amazing work. congrats
Nobody's gonna talk about the mallet player literally playing two instruments at once at 6:43? dammnnnnn
This is such a wonderful video. It is great to have such wholesome DCI content at the moment!
I remember seeing Ben and asking for a picture but getting cut off because I had to get back to my bus... it was a soul crushing day
Blue knights 2019, react? It's an awesome show, one of the darkest sounding in tone
Since the holiday season is coming up, I see Cadets 2012 in the line up for a reaction.

Lmao the drum major is now my band director
I was at the Massillon show that year! You guys were incredible! Loved the encore show so much too! 💙
Thanks you guys for making my day better.

Yes! This please!
Love the subtle pink floyd solo
7:32 rip trombone
Just when Ben said we did need you Alan looked up at the heavens like it just opened up
Flugelhorn solo is sooooo smooth
I love seeing drum corps videos on my suggested!!!
Dude I love this series
Ben, I think you marched with one of my best friends in High School, Rudy Noriega. So cool!
When your high school has two of these props😋 THEY’RE SO MUCH FUN AND I LOVE BLOO
I'd love to see a reaction to Crown 2014 Out of This World. It's a personal favorite of mine as a fan, but I'd like to see a more in depth breakdown of the show.
bro, I was a shadow alternate for my high school in 9th grade, and the thought of that again for world class DCI is terrifying
ONGGGGGGGG so make sure you are the best !
I only found this channel today, but it’s pretty good and I enjoy these. If your looking for an older show to watch, I would suggest 1991 Star of Indiana. In my opinion it has one of the best closers
THIS IS LEGENDARY
10/10 should get Kyle Tsuchiya to react to bluecoats 2017
Such a cool video should do a 2015 video of kinetic 😍
Very good episode!
You guys should bring Scott Dean on to watch one of his shows.

How do alternates work? You guys kept mentioning them but do they just learn new drill all the time or what?
React to Joey Alegre’s with the man himself
You guys should watch Cavies 2008
When you watch this video to see if they mention your band director who is in this show
when you hear that your band director broke his wrist on the prop
The amount of times ive practiced along side this video is ridiculous
React to Carolina Crown 2013
Hey you guys should check out Pacific Crest 2019 show. Definitely a different style and enjoyable show over all. Dig what you guys do, keep it going.
Phantom 08 next plsssss
React to relentless crown 2016
Michael Lehman is my band director
Ben looks like Captain Sparkles without agony.
Just me? Ok :(
