I've been a chargers fan since 07 and this is the only year I don't feel uncertainty with harbaugh. His resume proves what he can accomplish. Every other coach we had it always been a "let's see what happens this year"

I’ve been watching Chargers press conferences since I was in Highschool (class of 2015) and we’ve never taken the time to improve the audio of these. Why is it so difficult for someone to stand there with a mic for the press to use when asking questions?

But he brought in Mack (weak?) he drafted Keenan (weak?), found Eckeler (weak?) drafted Derwin. Drafted Slater. Oh yeah and drafted our best QB ever in Herbert.

@@blessembreaks - according to data by PFF, Telesco is ranked 4th worst in drafting during his tenure & cherry picking a few players doesn’t change his overall record in the draft.
I love this idea of getting the young rookie players acclimated instead of just throwing them in the first day and saying PRODUCE. All the one year veteran signings play into this perfectly.
I was happy to hear Harbaugh actually express the importance of a concept like this.
Justin Herbert is going to have a massive year. Harbaugh has done nothing but sing his praise since he's gotten there. He's going to be more confident than ever.

We had an excellent draft, really addressed critical needs and got great value. Slater and Alt are the start of an elite O-Line. We had incredible Rosters in the past and always choked. Andy Reid won a Super Bowl with a lesser roster and a great QB and Line. Bolt up baby ⚡️

Huge difference in the little things. I love the detail down to how they wear the uniform and everything. Could tell in past seasons how they wore the uniform wasn’t really strict. Things like that will get this team over the top. Attention to detail and doing the small things right will go along way
Seeing this team as healthy as we’ve been in decades & with Ben Herbert building up this loaded roster and Harbaugh managing it with a QB like Herbert, will be legendary. I can’t wait, BOLT UP ⚡️💯

Damn, as a Michigan fan, Harbaugh is the same as the Chargers HC as he was at Michigan. I'm a Lions fan as well, so I know the Chargers are coming, but if the Lions play the Lions at some point, I'm going for the Lions. But, Harbaugh is so passionate. It's why they'll be in the playoffs year one under Harbaugh
