I already know how to crochet, however leg warmers are a new project. This was a very easy to follow guide with added but quite important advice for learners or not. Thank you
I really appreciate that you individually showed how to do each stitch in the tutorial instead of just linking a video showing how to do it like a lot of tutorials do. Great great job.
I've been crocheting for nearly 3 years now and even though I don't need the step by step for the stitches and other things, I still appreciate creators taking the time to make their tutorials beginner friendly 💜
i've spent the last 5 hours doing a leg warmer (only one) but i finished my first ever crochet project, thank you for the tutorial, i needed someone to explain to me that, thank you really
I originally wanted to start crocheting 3 years ago but i just abandoned after learning how to chain. 3 years later, i was in desperate need of led warmers and my parents didnt want to buy any so i was stuck with making them on my own. This tutorial is by far the least confusing one and i actually finished my first sets of leg warmers. I never thought i would actually finish them but i did. Thanks
Girl u taught me more in 11 minutes than any other hour long tutorials,, as a complete beginner that only started a few days ago this was really helpful so thank you so much!! 🩷🩷🩷
If you do back loop single crochets or back loop slip stitches in the last stitches of every other row (2-4-6, etc) it creates a tighter ribbed pattern for a cuff. For example, you can crochet 2 inches with blsc or blst and the rest in blhdc and you will have a cuff and a little flare look to it.
ive been crocheting for years now but I'm pretty much entirely self taught. there was a lot that I either didn't know or wasn't doing in the most efficient way that I've learned from this video. this is such a great tutorial 👍
I’ve been crocheting for about 2 months now however I managed to make myself these super cute leg warmers thanks to that tutorial. You made the steps look so easy and simple and they really were thanks to your instructions. I’ve been looking for crochet channels to follow as a beginner and yours is one of the top ones!
Ive started crochet a long time ago gut i always gave up since all the tutorials suck but you helped me alot and now i finally have an aestheticly pleasing first crochet prochet aaaaa thank you so much you deserve everything🤩🤩🤩‼️
Thanks so much! I tried this with a size 10 needle and thick yarn so I made a rly big pair but I love them! Definitely worth experimenting with the sizes and number of rows!
This tutorial is so awesome! I used to start crocheting since 10/11 and stopped for almost 2 years, now i'm 13 and been looking forward to making a bunch of legwarmers bc basically teenagers start to find their own style
This was my very first project! They look fantastic! I made mine longer so they went up to the knee, ended up being closer to 60 stitches tall. They do desperately want to slide down and a bunch weird around the angles because they weren't meant to be that length but I was able to get them to stay up with an extra length run through the top and tied. This was so so easy to follow even though I know none of the terms and I have no idea how to read a pattern or anything like that. Thank you so much!
I'm kinda new to crocheting and your tutorial is rlly understandable! I watched a diff tut, but she was making it difficult. I'm a halfway and I think it's going good! Thank you for the helpful tutorial!
i spent the whole day yesterday making this (without following a tutorial. i also only ever made a square that looked more like a trapezoid - idk the word for the shape) now i spent the whole class following this tutorial and its already going so much better
Thank you for this soo much. I haven't crocheted since I was like 10 so this was incredibly helpful. It was easy to follow (or easy as something can be for me, a professional dumbass) and had a lot of really good tips. I can't wait to finish these!
This is my first proper project and i've made one warmer so far. It turned out a little too big because i did a bit too many rows and realized after slip stitching everything so i improvised with making a rim and it helped a lot. I'm concerned i won't have enough yarn to make the second warmer and i don't have a way to buy more of the yarn but idk i'll keep you updated. Maybe i'll do the second one smaller, my style's pretty alt either way so i don't really care, it would look good too Update: im writing it a bit late, but here it is. So i made the majority of the second leg warmer and ran out of yarn and had to do like four more rows so i did them using a moss green color (the rest was beige) and it still turned out nice, id say even nicer because i wear a lot of green things and not so many beige, oh and i also added the rims to the second leg warmer and its amazing
I tried making myself a pair of leg warmers and it turned out good ! It was a little curvy and could use some practice tho but it was decent enough to wear. Your tutorial rlly helped, tysm !
super well-explained and easy to follow! the yarn recommendation is great as well, very soft and easy to work with. thanks for the video- i finished mine in two days!
Oh my god! I love crocheting, and I’m new at it, so it’s good to find crocheting tutorials! I still have some trouble though- I just need time and energy! 😅😂
Just finished my first leg warmer after 2 hours will be making the other one later :) but I’m madly in love with this pattern it was super easy to understand tysm ❤
A really good crochet tutorial! I'm not much of a crocheter and I'm quite new but this video was so simple and I finished My first project! THEIR SO CUTEE! I made mine pink and I'm obsessed thank you!!
I LOVED this tutorial! Keep going!❤ plus, if you'd wanted to, could you show us how to change colors while crocheting leg warmers? It would mean a lot ❤
this was so helpful! I didn't know how to crochet at all before watching your video and now I have a cute pair of leg warmers! You explained so well, thankyou!!
I am rlly new to crochet and I only started for 3 days in my school's crochet club, this tutorial helps a lot, pls give me some other ideas bc i cant think of any after this leg warmers
I love this!! So easy to follow, and a cute product. A good first project, in my opinion. I made purple, purposely uneven ones and put little oyster mushrooms on them!
EXACTLY what I was looking for! Just to be sure (because it was hard for me to see) are you going through both stitch strands on the second side when sewing together to make the tube? In other words back loop of the first side then both strands (entire stitch) of the second? Thanks so much 😃🌸💕
I just finished one pair of leg warmers but they’re not so good, even tho it should be bc I followed every step but still I like them and I’m gonna worn on the second pair, also tysmmmmm!💖
At the beginning of the video (around 2:10 in the vid) it tells you to chain 42 but if you want it to be longer you can chain more and mesure it vertically on your leg and adjust it accordingly. Good luck :3 🍀🤞😊💝✨ !
Question what size yarn did you use? And how much? Cus I live in the middle of nowhere so ordering yarn for projects can be quite challenging. And thanks for the Excellent Tutorial!
I have two questions: 1) I did the same but with single crochet instead of half double. The end product looks as cool, to me. Is there a reason to prefer half double? 🤔 2) Also, at the final step, I stitched the piece in an inverted way, following some instructions I found somewhere. Instead of the back loop of the front piece and both loops of the back piece, I did it the other way around. Back loop of the front piece, and both loops of the back piece. I wonder if some way is better than the other. Yours actually looks easier, BUT I'm starting to wonder if the correct way actually depends on the number of rows being even or odd. 🤔 Thanks for the tutorial!
I made mine a little long because I tought it would fit better but it didn't and it Tunes out too big, but that's ok. It was pretty easy just takes a long time to finish if you're not fast :) Xoxo
I already know how to crochet, however leg warmers are a new project. This was a very easy to follow guide with added but quite important advice for learners or not. Thank you
❤️❤️❤️
Yess, I've been crocheting for 4-5 months now, and somehow I never crocheted these. I think they turned out really cute!
Same here!❤
I really appreciate that you individually showed how to do each stitch in the tutorial instead of just linking a video showing how to do it like a lot of tutorials do. Great great job.

Hey, could you help me? Why is my double cross stitch not attached to the chain? When I try to do the stitch, it is not attached to the chain.
@@LevitatingDragons sorry but I never used this stitch. Maybe try finding a TH-cam video about this stitch
@@CallxMexElle alright, thanks! I might have figured it out too :)

are you using the same weight of yarn?
