So glad you keep finding so much treasure at these thrift places :D your videos are always so adorable! Thank you so much for the beautiful content! Keep being you Abby. :)
I recognize the song at the beginning from the YT channel, My Great Challenge lol! Hers is about organizing, DIY and finding things at garage sales and such.
@@Our80sLife cool. And once I saw a mini plush of Champ Bear at a thrift store and the price was like ten bucks. So they definitely are asking a lot for them.
I had that A.L.F. stuffed animal, I received it as a christmas present. There is a real shocker at 4:04....that pteranodon is EXACTLY like the one my younger brother made for 4-H! (the colors might have been a little different). It must have been a popular pattern for sewing, though I have never seen another one of those stuffed animals before. NOTE: That stuffed animal was amazing, I actually talk about that often. We used to do things like fly it down the stairs. Actually, that stuffed animal below it is the same patten I made for my stuffed animal for 4-H! It was green and I did modify the pattern where the thing going down its back was not included and I made the parts that resembled the things on Godzilla's back (it was a Godzilla stuffed animal after I modified it). Awesome video!
That's awesomely hilarious! I didn't even realize that sewing stuffed animals was part of the 4-H program, how cool! I laughed out loud when you said you used to do things like fly it down the stairs, lol! Totally reminds me of my cousin and me... we used to toss our stuffed animals onto the ceiling fan, then turn it on and watch them fly, ha ha! Kids do funny stuff!
Lucky 😊 I used to go to auctions, antique malls and estate sales a lot with my parents when I was a kid but it seems like at least where I live at they've all died out 😭
Hi Bailey! That first sale was my favorite of the day, but we've been to some pretty awesome ones over the past few years. They weren't in the same neighborhood, so there's lots of driving between sales. It involves a bit of strategy each week. We use a website that lists the sales, along with pictures to determine which ones we're most interested in going to. It's www.estatesales.net
@@Our80sLife That website with pictures of the sale(s) sure is a great resource to have available. When we worked with the auctioneer for my grandma’s auction sales, my dad had to send him pictures and they’d be posted on their website. That way, buyers knew what would be sold.

Poor Grumpy! I had the care bear with the heart on his chest…. Forget his name!
That's Tenderheart Bear, also a favorite!

Nice video! 😊
Thanks! 😊
I once saw a vintage Bedtime Bear at the flea market and I really wanted it, but it was a little expensive.
They've definitely gone up in price lately. I ended up buying the little beanie one.

At one point you said "lots and lots of cr..." I thought you were gonna say crap, but you said crafts instead. Lol. 😆

Out of all these sales, which was your favorite? Were they all within the same neighborhood? Were they in Wichita or somewhere else?
