My husband had a fall from our house roof also hitting a long ladder on the way down. His right frontal lobe was smashed as he hit the cement below. He also had other injuries. He has two brain surgeries & was not expected to live. A month later he miraculously woke from his coma & went on to return to his teaching career!! Praise God for miracles in Ben’s recovery as well as my husbands🙏🙏
@@jeffschultz2485please pray for my son to wake up soon too. He’s in coma/vegetative state for past five months but I believe God can bring healing to my son too.
@@ks7vesper Hello I’m a Survivor of a TBI although i live with the post traumatic brain injury symptoms. But I’m praying for your brother but my question is do you have access to a cognitive rehabilitation program for him? Do you know about the Love your brain support groups, the TBI fund in every state to help towards things that the insurance denies and the BIAA brain injury alliance that has multiple support programs for the family and caregivers as well as the survivor?
Thank you for this video. My wife was in a car accident and is still in stage 2. Seeing this gives me hope I will get her back. If you would pray for her I would be very grateful. Her name is Marybeth Western. She is my everything.
Thanks for commenting and letting us know to pray for your wife. I'm so sad that your wife was in this accident and that she and you are going through this tragedy. Yes, we certainly will add you to our prayers. Happily! Keep praying and keep hoping for what God can bring about.
Amazing people! I go to PT & what I can do now compared to 4 months ago is transforming my life. I'll never be out of PT entirely, but I'm ok w that...the staff has become a part of my heart ❤️.
My son was in a very bad car accident with very traumatic damage to his brain. He was unresponsive. I am praying right now that my son wakes up. They said they don’t know if he will ever be the same again. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾prayers for my 24 year old son.
God bless your son , he’s so young and wish him nothing but the best treatment to have him on his feet again ❤️🙌🏼🙏🏼 so much is happening in our lives that hits us in our hearts, stay strong love and have faith 🙌🏼
God bless your son, sorry to hear that. A close person to me was also in a very bad car accident and also with traumatic brain damage. They told us that he will never be the same again, that he will change his personality and maybe receive other damages, can you say me is your son getting better because I don't want to loose hope❤️
@@ii-vc4bz hey babe, my boyfriend got into a motorcycle accident, on saturday, a month ago. They said the same thing about him. The impact is that he will have his ups and downs. that is how recovery is. have faith. He was moving his toes and moving his head to respond(: , it’s a long process but i am grateful that he’s still with us ❤️🙏🏼
Thank you for this amazing video. My son had a traumatic brain injury and Dr's. Gave him little hope and he suffered seizures also. As a mom I never gave up and everyone was praying. Today he has a job working at McDonald's and working on his drivers license.
My husband is currently suffering from a severe TBI and is currently in comatose. It’s been a month and 6 days and on Monday he started following commands such as hand squeezing and nodding but not consistently. Still a huge step! They mentioned a shunt is needed and will probably get it done within the next few days. I was terrified to hear the news but your story is bringing me so much hope. He is 29 years old. Thank you so much for sharing. It gives me peace. God bless.
I am SO HAPPY to hear that he is followig commands. THAT is GREAT. Ben was in a coma for a couple months before he began doing anything. I pray for your husband that he wakes up and knows who he is and where he came from.
@@doriemckay6935 he is better from where he was when I wrote this comment. He’s is walking, talking, eating. He looks completely normal from a passer by but his specific injury caused cognitive issues. He has no short term memory, though it is improving. His long term is jumbled as well as his timelines. He needs 24/7 care and having to stay with his father as I can’t care for him and out two kids but we see him very often. He will continue to get better. We were told the worst and he is miles away from where we imagined. This situation has been a nightmare but we are blessed.
Wow! This young man is amazing!!! He had the determination and the will and stamina to recovery. I am so proud of him. He has an amazing family and staff that helped to meet each milestone. You did it young man and you are incredible!!! ❤️❤️❤️
My step mom is in the ICU right now with a traumatic brain bleed she is almost 80 years old, they are saying they don’t think she will make it. She doesn’t know who anyone is and just mumbles nonsense. I’m scared. God please pull her through like you did this man 🙏
I’m so very sorry for your mom and how you don’t want to have her pass away. J promised my mother when her life became too critical, too much pain from her brain aneurysm surgery gone wrong then she was dropped and had a Subdural Hematoma, another brain surgery. Her suffering afterwards was not fair to her and I made the promise when she was ready to pass on, I would abide by her wishes. Suffering as I am bc my spinal cord ruptured, my body is in fire from the most painful incurable and untreatable doses, CRPS, also known as The Suicide Disease bc it’s so horrible. Don’t let a loved one like suffering beyond what any human can stand. Think of their suffering and cal. Hospic. Although my mom payin my loving arms with the PEACE OF THE LORD.
Thank you for making and sharing this video! Our son is currently in ICU Del Seton, Austin after a motorcycle accident. He has suffered a sever TBI and is still fighting his way out of his coma. He just had a drain put in yesterday after having a craniotomy a week after his accident. We are in day 34 and are taking it day by day and hoping for the best. He is fighting hard to survive and we are determined to support him every step of the way.
Hello, Lily. So sorry to hear about your son's motorcycle accident and subsequent TBI. Day 34: Yes, I know that Ben was still in his coma on day 34. The drain you talk about, is it a v-shunt? It seemed to us that Ben's recovery really started after the v-shunt in his head was put in. I'm praying for you son, Lily! And the whole family. Love you attitude and your love for your son is evident even in just one paragraph.
❤ thanks for sharing your miracle story. My son is currently in a coma suffering from anoxic brain injury. With FAITH, PRAYER, AND COVERING he will survive God has confirmed. It’s 4 weeks today he’s young and will be sharing his miracle story and growth with our Lord 🙏🙌🏾… Prayers and continuous blessings to Ben and his family…. God is soooo awesome
Thanks for writing. I'm sure you are in the Word constantly and praying with hope. I hear it in your written voice. God bless your son and all of your family. God is faithful and loving and good. Romans 8: 24-25. I'm praying with hope along with you.
This is beyond amazing, I'm speechless on what the human body and brain is capable of. This is just..And the family and rehab team and everyone involved, including of course Ben himself, what a job they did, I'm amazed
My 19 year old niece had this TBI with multiple organ and bone/soft tissue injuries. This was during a really bad time of covid. She contracted covid multiple times. She was taken to the Sheppard's Center in GA. She did okay for awhile but her body just couldn't handle it. After days of high fevers then a high of 106, she went home with Jesus. She died on September 10, 2021. I love to see how you have dug in and with Gods grace and the love of family/friends, have come so far. Its amazing.
Sherry; thanks so much for reaching out. My heart breaks hearing the story of your niece. I am so very sad to hear that. God is good all the time. Even when I can't fathom. Godspeed.. Jeff
I'm playing this video again, as I try to think about something inspirational - to others. Well, maybe not so much inspirational, as wise. I fell from a ladder and sustained a TBI a little over 2 years and 2 months ago. Thanks to my family, and doctors, nurses, and community, my life was saved, more than once, and I slowly got better. I learned the importance of family - at least 1 member was by my side each day of my recovery. And my family learned that too. Since then, I have taken time to try to be more careful, make responsible choices and look out for others. So, I'm back to bicycling, which is fun exercise, but I always wear a helmet, and usually gloves and jeans, to fare better should the unexpected happen. We owe it to our families to be mindful of the dangers in our society. From fireworks to ice, drugs and scams, we have to do our best to avoid trouble. But that doesn't mean we can't or shouldn't have fun, take reasonable chances, or try new things, when we have the opportunity to grow, learn, and live. Big thanks to Ben, and his family, for their part in supporting him, who backed his community to help others. Edit: My coma memory: After my fall from a ladder, I was put in a coma, for better brain health, while they monitored the pressure on my brain from its bleeding, and other serious injuries and broken bones. When I had survived, and it was time to try to wake me, and see if I could breath on my own. (A process I'm told). I had tubes going down my throat, and multiple IVs, so to prevent me from trying to pull them out, they wrapped my hands in cotton gauze. They took a video of this, as they tried to bring me around. My first few seconds that I remember, was when they woke me. I didn't know where I was, nor did I see or hear my family as they tried to tell me that it would be OK, and that I shouldn't try to pull the lines from my throat. I didn't hear that. But I remember waking, I couldn't talk, and didn't know what was in my throat, so, of course, I tried to pull everything out of my mouth, but my fingers weren't working for some reason. So I was confused, and I looked at my hands, saw my hands were wrapped in something white, and I became so frustrated and had the ultimate WTF! Where was I? Not home. What was in my throat? And what was this white cotton wrapped on my hands?! Why couldn't I speak and how could I scream for help? That memory only lasted maybe 1 minute, and my next memory was waking up, not knowing what happened, or what hospital I was in. But thinking I felt fine - so I didn't belong here, and should go home. - Which I started to do, by getting out of bed, but of course, this set off alarms, that were on my clothes and bed, and a nice nurse came in, and told me that I had been in an accident, and that I must stay in bed, remember? (No, I didn't remember, and am told this happened several times. So I must have been a very annoying patient to care for!) They asked me how was I going to get home. I said, I'll drive my car, of course. They asked, did I have my keys? No, I didn't know where they are. The nurse said that, even if I had my keys, my son surely would not let me leave. They got my son (about 28 years old) on the phone, and I scolded him for conspiring with the Nurse to keep me in this place. lol I had to apologize to him later, of course. My family were all great, but I did hurt my son's feelings a bit. While I was in a Rehabilitation Hospital for about 5 weeks, my sister and my son flew in from out of state, and a family member was by my side every day for the 6 1/2 weeks of my recovery. They shared driving my trunk, and my sister stayed at family housing the hospital has. While my truck was parked on hospital property, some bad guy actually cut the catalytic converter off my exhaust (to sell for their valuable metals). My sister called the Police, to make a report, and had a shop weld in a pipe. When I got home, we called my insurance agent, who came out in a few days, wrote an estimate, and gave me a check for the damage that exceeded how much I paid for the entire truck. It taught (reminded) me that there are good people, and bad people in this world, so I needed to watch out for both.
Thanks so much for your comment. I’m glad you’re trying to look for something positive and wise to share with your friends and family. That was extremely important for Ben to have his family and great doctors with him all the time. I pray you continue to get better and better.
Ben, it was incredible to watch your journey! The therapy you did with the Craig staff was fascinating and awe-inspiring to watch. What a skilled team of healthcare professionals! One of my favorite moments was your mom's expression when you raised your arm on command, then reached down to put your hand in the therapist's hands. That made me cry. Best wishes for continued independence and good health. Michelle
The Schulz family are good people. Their son came back to them through the Grace of God. This video is amazing. Watching Ben interact with his children was extra special. He was blessed with the best therapist, family and friends
Ben, after watching your amazing dedication I believe you would make a wonderful trauma counselor. You have traveled the steps few have made. Your experience can be your greatest asset, use it too the full. Help those who may not have the help you had.

I live with a TBI due to a car accident from someone ran through the red light and hit me so hard that I occurred a TBI. I wasn’t diagnosed with the TBI that wasn’t diagnosed from my emergency room I was headed to before the accident. My vision is blurred I feel nausea and vomiting daily, my vision is knocked off balance and my life has truly changed since 5/27/21 still today 12/3/2024
@ Amen I trust that it will, I am a Christ believer and actually I had plans prior to this happening. I had just graduated college from Warner University with my Masters in ministry 8/2020, was working during COVID in elementary room, had just obtained my 501c3 for my domestic violence orientation called Trapped With a Treasure Inc ( Isaiah 45:3) and had just completed process of becoming a Notary. But the best part was moving up north to marry my newly married husband Apostle Garry. My family is in another state but God is Enough. It wasn’t until almost year 2 that the hospital insurance I had allotted me to go to Hartwick at cognitive rehabilitation just like Ben therapy mine was the same. I’m better in a since , still an enormous amount of head pressure, vision issues .i wear prisms for vision therapy ill say But I’m alive, i slur an lose my words but my will to hope for my goals to be achieved is something’s a blur. I’m deemed disabled I want to advocate about brain injuries and TBI triggers and symptoms but I don’t have an audience to support or listen really but I won’t give up. Ben I’m so proud of you 👍 Dad & Mom You’re Amazing for being such Supportive Parents ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Just amazing! My daughter has asked me if I believe in God or science. My answer is both. I believe in us, an intelligent and ever learning and evolving species, who through education and desire to heal, uplift and change the world, can work to bring great recovery and change but I also believe in a higher power. One who looks over us and has a plan for us all. One who works through others to effect near miracles. I believe in the human spirit and it’s incredible will to beat the odds and of course our amazing bodies which we learn more and more about each day (science! Plasticity of the brain in the role of such an amazing recovery for Ben). Last but not least I believe in the power of love. It’s ability to lift us up and comfort us in our time of need. Family, friends and even a strangers offering of love can move metaphorical mountains. God bless you Ben, your family and the wonderful staff who know to never give up because there is always hope and possibility. Much love from Ireland 💚
Thank you for documenting this amazing miracle story which is so encouraging while I am supporting a dear friend who is recovering from a ruptured brain aneurism and has been in ICU for 5 weeks now but slowly recovering with the same neurological symptoms as Ben had. I can now remain hopeful he has a chance to recover from this injury with OT and PT. Best wishes to amazing Ben and extended family.
WOW!!! I just LOVE watching this young man's recovery. LOVE THE BELIEF, COMPASSION, PERSISTENT and POSITIVE CAREGIVERS around BEN's RECOVERY. Goes to show us NOT TO JUST GIVE UP ON THOSE that have had "BRAIN INJURIES" From his father's answered prayers. GOD ANSWERED HIS PRAYERS, by putting the right people around BEN'S RECOVERY MISSION. LOVE, GOOD CARE, and the proper THERAPY people can RECOVER from this. ALL those things only help in the healing of the HUMAN BODY. Unfortunately, most brain-injured patients don't get past 2 or 3 weeks. Over 95% of DOCTORS give up on those that come into the hospital with "BRAIN INJURIES." Happy for this young man : ) Good job, Ben, keep going kid, you got this.
My heart breaks for this family. To learn they have a special needs daughter and then to have this tragic accident happen to their son, I don’t know what can be worse. Just awful. But in the end, it turned out to be a happy ending after a long road of therapy and the good man above watching over this Firefighter ❤ And the patience, persistence and dedication of the PT’s is AMAZING!!
My husband is suffering a severe TBI after fall in the bathroom with a moderate fever at the middle of the night , firstly he was conscious doctor couldn't get the severity as there was no external injury after multiple CT AND MRI they decided to go for the surgery, but after craniectomy he went to COMA,after 2 months he opened his eyes but not following commands or not speaking, doctors telling he is in vegetative state, another surgery of cranioplasty has been done but no significant differences yet, doctor advised for another CT after 1 month to decide if vp shunt surgery will be needed for him . He worked as a high school teacher we are from India living in a remote village far from easily accessible things not loosing hope, fighting to get him back just like Ben back , prayers to god to bless him to get back to his life JAI MAA TARA JAI MAA 🙏🌺 Looking forward to the same kind of miracles to be happened in my husband's life too ❤🙏 Thank you GOD Thank you UNIVERSE To the people please keep praying for my husband to recover and get back a healthy life 🙏❤️
Thank you very much for making this video to help and most of all to motivate me after experiencing a very severe traumatic brain injury in February 2022. By watching this video it has inspired me to continue going forward even though I don't have emotional support other than my two sons. Thank you it means so much.
I'm so glad that you are finding motivation for the road ahead. It is an incremental process. Try not to be too focused on the pace. Like anything else, progress in any endeavor is one day at a time. I'm pulling (and praying) for you!
Thank you very much it means so much to me and feel that I can be part of society thanks, also how's your son doing I'm pretty sure much more independent and has his life back again he is my inspiration to accomplish some of the stuff he has gone through and process almost at least halfway I will be satisfied with that. God is good all the time.

Please pray for us that God will also touches the hearts of people to help us financially for the ICU hospital bill,it's really a big money, for people like us .
Thank you for telling your story. We will be praying along with you for your husband to wake up, know who he is, and where he has been. God bless your family!
What a powerful testimony! My little girl suffered a TBI when she was 11, she is now 26 and doing great except for outbursts of temper which come from having suffered a traumatic brain injury. May you continue to heal and share your story of healing! Thank GOD your family never gave up and you had really good doctors and Therapy specialists! God bless you !
Completely taken aback while watching Ben’s story as a fellow TBI Survivor, and Craig Hospital graduate💚 Congratulations, Ben on your success as a TBI survivor as you are a true fighter 💯 So proud of you and your many more future successes ahead of you‼️💞
Oh sure, @@bridgettedelgiacco450 no problem(if this was directed towards me as it was questioned off my comment🙂 For my many years recovering, I first at to recover at Craig Hospital before I was discharged. That consisted of occupational therapy, physical therapy, & speech therapy. I did puzzles there, which I am now not a fan of doing🙁💔, helped in kitchen there, did stuff in the gym, etc. Once I got home after being discharged I still need therapy so I was set up with having ILST come to my house to work with me. I was able to set the tone for things that I wanted to do and there were times that we went out shopping, baked cookies, did crafts, once went to a professional baseball game(the Colorado Rockies as I am Colorado), went out to eat, and likely many other things. At this time that is all I remember but if end up remembering some other things during my recovery I can try and remember to put them in😊
What an amazing miracle. People don't realize how good they have it until they see things like this. We take so much for granted and complain about the stupidest things knowing we should be grateful we have a voice legs to walk can eat on our own Ben truly has gods loving hand on him and Angels around him seen and unseen. Blessing and Ben I hope you married had kids and are doing all the things you love. Prayers
Thank you so much for sharing this. I watched it all and saw many similarities with my 2 year battle with refractory cancer , including a 3 weeks stay in CCU, . That left me using a wheelchair, and with some memory problems. God has been so gracious and caring to me. I am now in remission, after being given 3-6 months to live in September 2020!

So inspiring to see ❤ ohne of my workmate was hitten with a Baseball bat right onto his head. He saw a few guys bothering a girl in a train station, and came over to help this girl. Then these guys hit him and ran away. In hospital, it was not sure if he can survive his severe brain injuries. A part of his scull is missing and the parts of his brain underneath was completely damaged. He survived the first days, but doctors told he would stay in a coma and maybe never wake up. But he did. Then doctors claimed, that he will never be able to walk or talk….but he recovered and is able to work fulltime again. Not in his old Job, because He has sometimes problems with his speech and with one hand and leg and some other things, but over all he lives a happy life, he married, he got his driving license back, and regained all memories. I wrote this down for anyone who prays for a loved one with brain injury. There is lots of hope, even if some doctors won‘t believe this ❤
Thank you right now doctors are giving up on my brother and it’s hard for me and my mom to except there’s nothing they can do for my brother thank thank you all for your stories and Ben God is good❤
My son was hit in the head has a cranial tbi and he’s now in a vegetative state . I want give up on him for nothing. He laid in the hospital for 12 hours without surgery. Which made things worse. I’m so sorry to hear about this injury. I just prayed for. Wilvis and will continue to do so. What city is he located in? I pray also for you to have the strength to be there for him. And the patience to endure. May God bless you.
The ministry definiteiy. You have the gift of sincerity and being believeable. We are in a world where God is fading. He needs a miracle like you to revive His love and spirit in the minds/hearts of people. I was a boxer, bouncer and bodyguard the better part of 35 years. I am not a "nice" person. Covid cost me the use of my legs and your video made me want to believe again. Spread word of your miracle. People like me need real hope, not just pretty words. God bless you on your journey.

I know this is an older video, but I hope have continued to recover! Your recovery is truly a miracle. I pray that you are able to enjoy your children and watch then grow up happy and healthy. Kudos to all the therapists who worked hard with you to help you recover. They looked like an amazing team. You mom and dad are amazing as they dedicated their lives to your recovery. Ben you are such a blessing to me. God has done a miracle in your life and I believe fully, I also had a TBI and was saved by God. He is a loving God. There are videos on my channel about it as well, need to share what God has done. They said I would never walk or talk again and He has healed me! Praise God for your healing! God bless you Ben! ❤️❤️❤️
This is an amazing story! I was born w Hydrocephalus and have a VPshunt, I am in the medical field it goes to show if you have a team that is dedicated to helping you after such type of injury, these kind of results are from the patient and the medical team working together and GOD as well.
Hello there,my husband is suffering from TBI, He is in vegetative state after 2 surgery, doctor suggested he will may need to have vp shunt too after 1 month from his cranioplasty surgery. Can I ask you about your experience with vp shunt?
wow what an amazing story, look how far he came it looked impossible to be honest, I had no idea or much faith that he would walk and talk so well let alone run truly awesome
You worked so hard Ben and the results show it. Your family, friends, work associates, and all the medical staff that came into your life. It was an honour to watch and learn about your story. Love and prayer was key. Congratulations on your new life. You are a role model to many. Your future looks great. Up, up and away!
I am amazed at Ben's story, and the long difficult INCREDIBLE recovery. He has defied all odds, and being around him and his positive happy/demeanor does not add up given the circumstances. He worked his tail off to get to where he is now. However, he could not have done any of this without the support groups that started with the firemen/paramedics on the scene immediately after the accident, and the top medical staff(s) that guided him throughout the recovery process! All of that being said, the parents, Joan and Jeff, who were taken through a marathon meat grinder, are also true heroes here. They were challenged by 30 hours of work in every 24 hour day for months/years on end! Juggling Ben and his myriad of doctor's appointments and special needs, their daughter, Hanna, with her special needs, their careers (and heavy financial obligations that were increasing), sleep deprivation, relationship with each other, etc... They have truly climbed the mountain, seen the light, and I still can't believe how they got through all of it! Wow what an inspiring story! Ben and the Schulz Family I believe God not only answered your prayers but worked through the medical professionals to restore Ben’s health. God bless you for sharing your story and your future endeavors! Keep living for God!
Thank you so much for posting this video, I have watched it many times. It has given me so much hope for my partner who suffered a severe TBI 8 months ago and is now in rehabilitation. He is slowly improving every day!❤
Amazing! My son is in the same situation right now...he was in a car accident in July this past summer. Unfortunately covid has taken its toll on hospitals and so its way different now...getting the proper care is almost impossible, I feel like the Dr.'s gave up on my son, that is, I don't believe they tried hard enough. He is at home with us, in a minimally conscious state...we are seeing progress, but it's all on my wife and I to help him in his care. We do have some care givers helping and an occupational therapist helping, but its really hard...
I just happen to find this on TH-cam, god is good . I am amazed with and his hard work from his brain injury and well he is able to star his life and he is finally back to him self again
I’m so happy for you. You are doing fantastic. Your tenacity and will to recover are amazing. I wish you the very best on your road to recovery. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
Thanks for sharing your story.. We too had a car accident on 4th Aug’24 in which my 2 year old has diffuse axonal injury grade 3.. She is in semi conscious state since then.. Watching your story I have faith now that miracle will happen with my princess too..pls Keep her in your prayers.

My son was walking outside and was hit by a car. He is in ICU this is the fourth week. I am praying every day for him to wake up and also know who he is and know how much I love him. I do not leave his side every day it’s a team of doctors updating me. And I have to trust in the power of God. My son it’s in Gods hands and praise the lord that he is by his side. He will heal him. I am so sorry to hear about your son‘s accident. But I do believe in the power of prayer. Keep on praying. Keep on having faith. We are praying also for your son. What is his name? Godspeed to you both.

The good thing about a life-threatening accident, is that now, my family will answer my calls if they see/hear their phone ringing, no call backs or too busy. I'm a VIP. (I always was, of course. Never underestimate family bonds).
Wow I got my severe traumatic brain injury Dec 27th 2019 and broke my neck C2 & C3 the team working on me were wonderful but I will say timing is everything I lived 5 minutes from the er keep going though we got it 💪 the police officer who saved my life gave me CPR on scene risked his job moving me 🙏 TBIs are crazy

My husband is currently suffering from a severe TBI and is currently in comatose. It’s been a month and 6 days and on Monday he started following commands such as hand squeezing and nodding but not consistently. Still a huge step! I’m so very sorry for your mom and how you don’t want to have her pass away. J promised my mother when her life became too critical, too much pain from her brain aneurysm surgery gone wrong then she was dropped and had a Subdural Hematoma, another brain surgery.

And Tuesday evening we decided to let go for a brain operation,as they are going to take out of the blood clot.i was so happy when i saw him the first day after operation, because he can open his eyes and can move his body and saw him talking while on his life support. So i started to tell the brethren that the operation is successful.but the second day till today Saturday,he can't open his eyes.and seems that the doctor told me before that after the operation,he will be look like a rotten vegetable..i was so helpless, that's why trying to look a video like this, that there is who survive from that surgery..i thank God for the story of your parents Ben i am hoping that my husband would one day will be awake, and that God would intervene in our prayers..thank and God bless.
Thanks for commenting! God bless you, too :)
Watching ur video give me strenght and My God is powerfull my brotger will walk and talk agaij after a car accident still in Hospital
I'll pray for your brother. So sorry for what you're all going through. I'm glad your brother has your support!
Completely taken aback while watching Ben’s story as a fellow TBI Survivor, and Craig Hospital graduate💚 Congratulations, Ben on your success as a TBI survivor as you are a true fighter 💯 So proud of you and your many more future successes ahead of you‼️💞
Wow! Thank you!!!
Can you please share what you did for recovery? My daughter just ok an accident
Prayers
Thanks so much for your kind words. We are grateful
Oh, what a wonderful story you have! You've been through so much. Thank you for sharing this story with us.
🙏❤
Remember god is who decides 🙏
God blessed you Ben have a happy life, prayers from Houma. Louisiana...
Thank you! Happy to hear from you :)
Ben it's 2023 April, how are you doing today, love to you and your family and friends x
Thanks for asking! And thank you so much for your well wishes! As of today, I am living a full and productive life; spending time with family and friends and full-time work. Praise the Lord! He is so good
@@JeffSchultzAlaskaPhotography that's great to see . Im so happy I wish I had jesus in my life . I'm in the UK and our churches are not like the US . God bless you . Your friend Lesley 😁
What an inspiring story. Praise God for all He did and is doing ❤
Philadelphia checking in. I have a cousin who is in an accident two months ago he was in a coma and now he's in a vegetative state. They have him in a rehab facility and this video gives me hope. At first we thought he was a lost soul. So hopefully he makes a full recovery like you. So thank you for this video. And congratulations to getting your life back. 💪❤️
So sorry to hear about your cousin. I pray he makes a full recovery as well. Godspeed... jeff, joan and Ben
@@JeffSchultzAlaskaPhotography thank you sir! He's a great man a great mechanic great father of three.
How is he
What a remarkable young man, Ben you are a strong man. You fought so hard and were determined to get your life back. Well done you are a hero. Great story but it was hard to see Ben at his worst. 💕
It was needed.
So touching when you’re daughter was on your lap and laughing 😄💖💙
Thanks for your commenting. Makes me smile :)
What an inspiration you, your family, your fore department family, your friends, community, your PTs, OTs, surgeons, nurses, and doctors are. Your recovery is truly a miracle. Praise God! I am happy for you and your family. May you continue in all of God’s kindness and mercy Ben!!

There is lots of hope, even if some doctors won‘t believe this ❤
THANKS SO MUCH !! So glad to year it,
Thank you right now doctors are giving up on my brother and it’s hard for me and my mom to except there’s nothing they can do for my brother thank thank you all for your stories and Ben God is good❤
My son was hit in the head has a cranial tbi and he’s now in a vegetative state . I want give up on him for nothing. He laid in the hospital for 12 hours without surgery. Which made things worse. I am believing God for a miracle. Can someone please send some prayers up his my son slug or Wilvis . His injury is devastating..😢🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾♥️🙌🏽🙌🏽
Steve, thank you so much for your comment. Very encouraging. I'm so sorry that Covid struck you so hard! We will for sure continue to spread Ben's story. God bless you! Do draw near to God, and he will draw near to you!! James 4:8
Faith-filled prayers are a powerful weapon. So thankful...God is so faithful...abundantly above all we could ever ask or think! For His Glory!
Thanks so very much
amen!
I hope you have found a meaningful career and continue to recover.
Thanks for your kind and thoughtful comment. Yes, God's been very good and He has blessed me mightily. I'm thankful.
The Lord is so good to all of us. What a testimony u have. He put just the right people in your life. Great children and it is so apparent how u love them as u interact with. God bless
Wow! That's great to hear! Yes, God is working miracles nonstop. I'll check out her channel.
Ben, you are amazing!!! God bless you, Mom and Dad, and all the therapists and doctors who have helped you through this challenge!
Thanks!
What a great story.. It gave me strength to continue to believe in miracles.. I'm in the same situation with my fiance's accident!!! 😥🙏
Thank you for your reply. I'm so sorry to hear that your fiance is going through a TBI. I'll be praying for your fiance , his family, and you.
@@jeffschultz2485 how is he now
I got the strength too.
This is an amazing story! I was born w Hydrocephalus and have a VPshunt, I am in the medical field it goes to show if you have a team that is dedicated to helping you after such type of injury, these kind of results are from the patient and the medical team working together and GOD as well.
I so agree with you. thanks so much!
Hello there,my husband is suffering from TBI, He is in vegetative state after 2 surgery, doctor suggested he will may need to have vp shunt too after 1 month from his cranioplasty surgery. Can I ask you about your experience with vp shunt?
wow what an amazing story, look how far he came it looked impossible to be honest, I had no idea or much faith that he would walk and talk so well let alone run truly awesome
thank you for your reply. I agree
God Bless you!
Thanks so much !
I think that they incorporated some help from above, because that is the only thing that makes sense!
Wow what an inspiring story! Ben and the Schulz Family I believe God not only answered your prayers but worked through the medical professionals to restore Ben’s health. God bless you for sharing your story and your future endeavors! Keep living for God!
thank you !!!!
This was posted a year ago but I still prayed for your wofe and hipe she's dòng beþtter and recovering or recovered well.
Thank you so much for posting this video, I have watched it many times. It has given me so much hope for my partner who suffered a severe TBI 8 months ago and is now in rehabilitation. He is slowly improving every day!❤
Super glad that the video is helping you have hope for your partner! That's the reason we posted the video; we all need to have hope :)
So sorry. Praying for you son.
Praying for God’s will and may you have the peace and comfort in Him.
How z your son now
I just happen to find this on TH-cam, god is good . I am amazed with
and his hard work from his brain injury and well he is able to star his life and
he is finally back to him self again
Thank you so much, Emie.

very kind words! Thank you!
Amen ❤. Prayers 🙏
I am so sorry to hear about your son‘s accident. But I do believe in the power of prayer. Keep on praying. Keep on having faith. We are praying also for your son. What is his name? Godspeed to you both.

True.
What a heartfelt story and great faith in God. Ben you are an encouragement to many. God bless you 🥰❤️
Thank you.
The good thing about a life-threatening accident, is that now, my family will answer my calls if they see/hear their phone ringing, no call backs or too busy. I'm a VIP. (I always was, of course. Never underestimate family bonds).
Family bonds are lifelong. So happy for ours and happy for yours! Thanks for commenting :)
Dude. Thank god you are back with us Please enjoy your life enjoy your kids and your family
