I enjoyed taking a trip down the south coast to Margate and the seaside town of Uvongo. There I camped at a local caravan park which was a little gem of a place. I cooked supper and had a rainy night as I was sleeping. In the morning I cooked a traditional breakfast.
The site was a small area but it was very charming. Well kept after and fairly cheap for the one night that I stayed there.

I love your videos. It's so authentic. For the next time, another tip is to lightly toast your dough/pizza base first on both sides on the grid on that low flame and then add your sauce and cooked filling, then blow torch your cheese or use the frying pan to cover the pizza so the cheese can melt. But overall you done well. Having that crispy charred base does add a depth of that smokey flavour! 😋 👌

Next time try cooking a roast chicken on a braai. Cooking a pizza on braai was brilliant and life changing. The world has been doing it wrong this whole time.

Bud, loving your vids! How's that tent working out for you? Sold my Lagoona 500 cause it was too much to set up alone and thinking of this one. Also never been to Durban but the sites you been to look amazing, i think i must come join you and make a lekker potjie one day!
Hi George, yes, you should definitely visit Durban. In terms of the tent, I've used it throughout the year, but recently, I've seen it that's its starting to tear in some places. Maybe it could be over time it wears down. But it depends on how well you take care of it. The tent is easy to set up by just one person.
Difficult to get rid of the sand in the tent. The fix would be to get a 3x3 ground sheet, 2x2mt gazebo and a top cover to go over your tent and gazebo. Then you have a lounge/dine area. Bonus if gazebo has sides.

That will be waterproof, wont be ideal.
Just want add your tent is awesome because my cuzzin bought 1 and used it in heavy rain and it held up well.
I can attest to that it really does hold up in bad weather.

Hi I camp alone it's a thing called solo camping and I actually prefer going alone.
Try using foil next time to put it in then put on the fire.
