I bought this a couple weeks ago. Be careful! The cutting blade is super sharp. I managed to cut three fingers almost immediately. I went slowly and read the directions and I still got cut. This happened while I was trying to wash the blade and it slipped out of my hand. I would recommend keeping the blade in the holder while washing with a brush. Keep this tool away from children! In any case, I use it all the time now. It does reduce onion vapors because of the sharp blade. I have dry eyes and this really is real help in reducing irritation.
Ya tengo como 6 años con el producto y me sigue encantando , cabe mencionar que trabajo picando verdura , tomate, cebolla, chiles, papas , y aún tiene buen filo las cuchillas .
I have one and love it. Very useful for making salsas, dehydrating vegetables, etc. It’s a pain to clean the top mart that pushes the veg through the blades but the brush they provide works well. Very satisfied with this product. Mueller usually has good quality.
I have this chopper and use it almost everyday. However, the little locking tab sometimes comes loose and the blade comes out. It was recalled and you can request a replacement chopper. Which I just did.
Thank you for the helpful video - it's a shame the product itself is lacking any instruction. I managed to take a chunk out of my thumb trying to remove the green square component that pushes the vegetables down to the blade. The reason for this is because there's a, seemingly pointless, small plastic cylinder just above it which caught my thumb as I was trying to push it out. I've read so many other similar stories. Yours is the only video where I can see someone physically remove this component - so thank you.
So I'm looking for something to chop potatoes into small pieces to make mashed potatoes... it seems like this makes them too long.. anyone have a great option to chop potatoes into small pieces quickly and easily?
Too many parts and pieces to assemble = more to clean ! And OMG the cutters are so small which require MORE chopping ! I think I"ll stick with my Vidalia Chop Wizard, much easier to use , and the cutters are 30% bigger ! Just 2 inserts a medium chop and a small dice is all I need , SIMPLE !
Agreed! The only way I can think of to achieve a true “dice” cut would be a 2-step process. Specific reason I watched this video… thought I was missing something. Dicing was the #1 reason I purchased this.
Not very satisfied with this product. It is good for chopping onions and basic veggies like that. It is strenuous when it comes to batch cutting of vegetables, as you have to keep putting a lot of pressure on the equipment while chopping. Instead of reducing effort, it is adding effort. I recommend electrical chopper more than this.

Does it dull pretty fast
This is the comment i was looking for lol i just bought it and cut my thumb and index finger lol now I'm here looking at this video 😅
Tienes razón , con cepillo es más fácil limpiar y seguro , te felicito por tu compra yo no me arrepiento haberlo comprado hace 6 años atrás .
@@powpowouchy5 I have not noticed the blades dulling. I do find the larger blade cutter makes better cuts and is eaiser to clean.

My doctors surgery plays this exact music whilst call waiting. When your 28th in the que this tune kills me.
Glad I'm not the only one to get the audio equivalent of a thousand yard stare 😄😄
This is a powerhouse.. durable and easy to use
The knife discs are difficult to clean. Onion slivers get stuck between the cutters. Update: In the garbage.

How long does the sharpness stays?
Sharp blade...works for me; potatoes for potato salad in minutes, no cuts with sharp knife!
Great review !!! THANKS !!!
And HAPPY NEW YEAR !! 🎆🎊🎇🎉
Looks so breakable! When they make them out of cast iron they can take my money.
The vegetables in the demo are at least half cooked.

Should I use a sponge brush on a stick to dishwasher the grid?
Can cut everything the same way as shown in this video except onion. I bought it only for onion.
It comes with multiple pieces and no bag to store them. Directions on how to use various attachments are minimal.

Use a potato masher. This would be too much work for potatoes.

Pointless if you don't speak to give advice on the good and bad points.
The amount of time you waste removing pieces of veggies from between the squares means a thumbs down.Have it. & I do waste time on it.
