I agree, KISS (keep it simple stupid) I wish everyone would plan their videos. Short and sweet and to the point. I hate the thought of having to fast forward through videos, so I end up saving the LONG ones for a later date. I tend to watch the shorter ones first.
OK yeah direct upload sucks. Hey I am with ya on the 10 min videos. I did a PSA about it a few weeks back. I mean if you have something really important to talk about ... OK. But if you going to ramble and repeat yourself what is the point? It could take hours to go through a bunch of 10 min videos. I too don't have that kind of time and find myself skipping people that do it or fast forwarding a bunch!
