Locke 04 Limitations to Locke's Theory of Property

In the previous video, I presented John Locke's theory of property. One acquires property when one mixes one's labor to things that are unowned in the state of nature.
This video looks at objections to the theory. The Lockean system seems to have trouble dealing with a number of real-world property-rights issues such as land (and territorial water) claims that are not based on attaching one's labor, wilderness values, and intellectual property.
