Felipa Padriquez what you can do, find a job near to the tourist spot youd like to go, 3-6 mos contract work is enough, then go to another spot youd like. Im sure there are still many contract workers in those places.
that is why it is called enchanted river dude.. the water is so blue and clear..if you can see the locals wouldnt even swim because it is dangerous.. if you are to swim there make sure you have life vest on and you have somebody to look after you.. we have urban legends in the phils and it is explanable by science not by fairy creatures and mermens and mermaids.. so take care
