Liz Parrish: Stunning Telomere Results

In 2015 Liz Parrish became Patient Zero for the world's first dual gene therapy intended to address the aging process - the root of the most common, costly, and horrific diseases in the developed world.
In 2022, at RAADFest, she revealed her results, which were the subject of a peer-reviewed republication in The Journal of Regenerative Biology and Medicine.

Although the absolute increase in LTL isn't huge, the fact this is from only two treatments, years apart, and leukocyte progenitors live only months, suggests thst some AAV must have got into the bone marrow and elongated stem cell telomeres. That or some circulating stem cells that benefited are still around, possibly by re entering the bone marrow. Either way this is very encouraging!

I find it remarkable, how few views and likes this video has. Looks like only few people want to have a long and healthy life. I hope this is not true. I find this topic super interesting, and I really appreciate what Liz and the whole team at Bioviva are doing. Keep up your research und businesses, I hope we will all benefit greatly. Also, I believe costs for these treatments will go down pretty quick, once it has become a generally accepted procedure. Thank you for everything, you are doing.

Die Länge der Telomere ist bei verschiedenen Arten unterschiedlich. Bei Menschen beträgt die Länge etwa 10 kb (Kilobasen), nach mehreren Zellteilungen (etwa 50-100) kann eine Länge von ca. 4-6 kb erreicht werden. Danach geht die Zelle in die Ruhephase über und teilt sich nicht mehr.

it depends on the amount of AAV used. The AAV need to be manufactured which is extremely expensive. They are working on another treatment as a nasal spray, once per month
