As a former longtime Victim Advocate, this is VERY needed, bad things can happen! 🙏🕊️
I’m impressed that any city that does this.
All 50 states should do this especially New York State in Chicago just like Florida did
It's really scary to think that the reason they're doing this is to prevent violence why would you hand off your child to someone that is potentially dangerous don't you think they could do something harm to the child this makes no sense
Because the courts rule that way even if there’s some proof of abuse
I guess I was kind of lucky. My momma never had nobody to hand me off to for 17 years.
They can designate that area between the tanning salon and planned parenthood.
All 50 states should do this
This will not protect anyone from harm unfortunately when someone wants to harm you a police presence via video will do nothing to stop a monster
Florida got domestic violence issues
It's just one more thing the courts can force on people to make things even more difficult for parents going through an ugly divorce. Having it as an option is one thing, but allowing courts to force it on people is just bad. They have to go all the way over to a sheriff's office to exchange kids. Maybe if they didn't make it so easy for women to abuse the court system against husbands and fathers, Cassie and others would not have been harmed. It's enough to make a normally peaceful guy want to do anything (even drastic measures) to get out of it.
if its enough to make someone kill their ex/and or kids, that's not a normally peaceful guy.... they were always Violent, it just took something pushing them, and it HAPPENED to be that..
🤡
You reveal your true self here , a misogynist. And you blame Cassie for her own death. What a tool.
