    Iam European, Austrian to be precise, studying here and going to study 1-2 semester in the USA in 2015.
    Ever since I was a kid I wanted to live and work in the US.
    Iam really curious how I could become a legal permament immigrant as soon as possible, though I plan to get my Bachelor in Europe. Unfortunately my only relatives I got in the US aren't close enough to make me eligible for applying for a Greencard.
    Guess only possibility is looking for a USjob?

    There is a US Marine becoming American? How did they get into the military without being Americans?

      ViennasNachos Green card. I've met vets who served like that. To be an officer, however, requires you to be an American citizen.
