Last year we lost the AFC North in the first 2 games of the season. People blabbing unrealistically about "we're going to the Super Bowl" ignoring our slow early season struggles and the absolute putrid defense we had last year. The team made some bad personnel issues like letting Jessie Bates walk along with Von Bell. We have a bad O line coach. Anarumo has lost his mojo. He had a good defense when he was getting all his free agents and draft picks the first few years while the O line was ignored other than some questionable free agents and draft picks. You win by having dominant O lines and D lines. Realistically we should be 2-1 and probably 3-0 with the schedule and talent we have. I'm sorry but Zac running this team into the ground. We have 2 chances for the playoffs slim and none and slim is out of town.

Zac Taylor is NOT a great coach...not even a good one. At least, he ain't the coach for us. Maybe another team. What irritates me further is that the players aren't free to truly express themselves. We all know what Joe is thinking - "defense was atrocious, lost us the game".

They hired Zach Taylor who has no head coaching experience I was against Zach being the head coach from the very beginning, he is a great human being. He is just not a good football coach Mike Brown got Zach Taylor from the bargain bin as a Bengals fan am done watching this team this year This franchise is a joke
I couldn't agree more. Zach was not ready to be head coach, probably served him better and the bengals had he gained more experience as a coordinator. Once they drafted Joe they should've have moved on with a more elite and experienced coaching staff. The worst thing that happened for them was making the Superbowl and thinking this coaching staff is legit, when they keep experiencing the same problems year after year because the coaching staff is too inept to fix them.

The defensive unit failed big time last night, giving up all those points. The Bengals lost the game in the first half. The offense scored enough points to win, but the defense couldn't hold them and couldn't get the job done.
"We got to find him (Jamarr) some plays down there (in the red zone)"!!! You should already have some plays for Chase, right? Maybe you need a passing play for Cody Ford?!

Zac Taylor captured lightening in a bottle for 2 seasons and got to 1 Super Bowl. BUT, his teams are 1-11 starting the first 2 games of the season. Last year we lost the AFC North in the first 2 games of the season. People blabbing unrealistically about "we're going to the Super Bowl" ignoring our slow early season struggles and the absolute putrid defense we had last year. The team made some bad personnel issues like letting Jessie Bates walk along with Von Bell. We have a bad O line coach. Anarumo has lost his mojo. He had a good defense when he was getting all his free agents and draft picks the first few years while the O line was ignored other than some questionable free agents and draft picks. You win by having dominant O lines and D lines. Realistically we should be 2-1 and probably 3-0 with the schedule and talent we have. I'm sorry but Zac running this team into the ground. We have 2 chances for the playoffs slim and none and slim is out of town.
Joe Burrow and Chase dropped into his Lap is the only reason this team has won the many games they have. That is the bottom line. His draft picks have been mainly horrible. He drafted a QB in Finley in the 4th round. lol This was the first pick of the 4th round.

Well, the real Bengals are back! This team needs new coaches and less smack talking from the players. It is obvious that the Bengals have talent, but it’s not being channeled, they have looked unprepared each and every game, including the preseason. If we win 4 games this year, it will be a miracle!

Yeah ZAC you're the HC and a huge part of the blame for the team's performance I'm not blind i see ZAC doesn't have the team conditioning right through the off-season or tackling it's why all the missing tackles and the cramps hamstring pulled calves it's this is some of the problems alone with having a let good players go and not being able to replace them

what taylor is trying to say is that neither side of the ball (offense or defense) has been consistent. the first 2 games, the defense played pretty decent and the offense in week 1 struggled. in week 3, the offense played amazing, but the defense couldn't get a stop with their life depended on it. pure definition of inconsistency. both sides of the ball have shown high potential but they need to be consistent.
Thank god we have Joe, he still plays his ass off around an organization that tries to detroy itself every year. Its honestly sad and he deserves better.

Defense looks horrible. Left defense end is horrible on run defense and right defensive end is horrible putting pressure on the qb. Our defensive tackles can’t stop the run or provide pressure on passing situations.
