Hey man I love your flying. But I have a question for you since I can't really find answer to it on the internet. How good is P-51D in Bodenplatte when flown correctly? How does it compare to G-14, D-9 and K-4? From what I know fights against G-14 and D-9 would be more pilot skill and situational dependent but K-4 probably destroys everything and should be fought only If you have huge energy advantage over it and if you don't then close the oil radiator and run.
The P51 is good and can fight 109s in maneuvers, but it suffers a lot more to G force effects compared to a 109. Otherwise the 51 can be almost untouchable if flown high and fast.

sideslip can put out engine fires, it was lucky that it went out so fast though.. usually it takes a bit longer if at all

P39 doesn't need much trim the pitch is very sensitive due to the mid engine

How many hours would you say you have in combat flight simulators?
I don't know for certain but it's probably somewhere around 15k hrs... a lot.
