Nice review, very to the point. Got mine the other day to replace my aging LG stylo 4. Was offered the stylo 6 but LG is getting out of the cell phone game. Very reasonable price and a good entry level phone. My first Motorola, call quality definitely better than my old phone and the battery life is nice. Get one if you want a decent budget smartphone.

No it not water proof and water repellent means that water spills on it won't hurt the phone and water proof means if the phone falls in water hurt the phone
I bought two years ago from Walmart for 💰39 at&t simcard.... Got unlocked after 2 years. I unlocked it in 5 minutes because the plan was expired with AT&T..

Got a used moto g play 2021 for free from a family member nothing is wrong with the phone unlocked it using with assurance Wireless best thing it's still under warranty from Motorola until August 2022 my family member didn't want it she got a stupid iPhone so let me have it the phone is great no problem just wish the phone had nfc no big deal i always loved Motorola phones there's nothing wrong with a 720p screen
I had the Samsung Galaxy a11 it was ok but the moto g play is better and the moto g play 2021 got android 11 on metro by tmobile the Samsung Galaxy a11 is still on android 10

Just got Straight Talk version from Walmart today for $99 . Needed phone in a hurry . Was able to download Android 11 . Great phone .

Keep the moto g play 2021 the wiko ride 3 is made by a no name manufacturer that's why boost mobile is selling it so cheap
