I've always been curious how Timberdoodle works... is there a schedule your student follows for what to do on which day? I'm thinking high school where a student is more independent?
So, you'll want to watch my "how I customized my Timberdoodle kit" video coming out in 2 weeks so see a bit more. But, to answer your scheduling question, yes, there is an online scheduler available thought I have not used it and don't know exactly how it works. I think you can put in all the curriculum you get in a kit and it will tell you how many lessons/pages/activities you should do each day/week to complete in the amount of time you are hoping for.
They have streaming available. However, I always choose physical products when possible. There is always a chance of resell if it's a physical product. :)

They still send CD-ROM discs???? LOL! My laptop hasn't had a CD-ROM slot in like a decade - LOL! I'm surprised it's not streaming at this point.
