I got it to work :D. Ran into minimal errors first go around, so I just deleted and re-tried and BAM! Now my poharan hair is cobalt wig and I don't have to farm. As a fashion striver, this modding is life. Tysm

ITs working for me now, but you better not waste your time. The Hack Shield is updated so well it will fix you changes and you cant do ANYTHIG against it...

if u want to restore everything back to normal how do you do it? i tried the restore button but it does nothing. In the program it says its restored but when i log into the game the models are still swapped

what if you do this on a separate account then you send the outfit in game to your real character would the character that you sent the outfit to get banned or just your current. I KNOW its a luck thing you might and might not get banned but I need to know

This is late as hell, but if you guys can't get the thing to run then be sure that you have double "\\" in the settings json file, it's how I got mine to work

Seems like I messed something up when I tried it the first time following someone else's instructions, then I tried yours and something got messed up. But doing it like you from the very beginning makes everything run smoothly ^o^
The only thing is that now it doesn't let me do the 3D preview (not that it's a huge loss) but well.

Nice Tutorial, blade and soul is a very fun game. I would like to try modding some of my costumes, but won't this cause you to get banned from playing?

+ShadowhandMaster As far as i know, its against the terms of service, but as long as you dont go around announcing your mods to everyone (especially on the official forums etc) you should be fine, since youre only changing how you see things, costumes/outfits to be specific.
So tldr; modding cosmetic items isnt a problem since it doesnt do harm nor gives you advantage.
+bear squad ehmm maybe i'm a little bit late xD but can you tell me if you had some problems at extraction file (BladeSoulTool_imageResuces)? when i extracted my antivirus said that was a trojan! wich scared me :( so i stopped instantly is that normal that the antivirus says that???

For all The kids here, i use this since the tool exist like 4 years i use un bns china, taiwan and now in na/eu and never get banned so stop cry
Just an fyi, this can trigger gameguard and potentially get you banned. It happened to me just the other night. Luckily I was issued a final warning and my account was unlocked however I would recommend anyone who is curious about trying this... to stay away. I did not post screenshots anywhere of my modded characters nor did I tell anyone I had installed it. NCSoft simply knew and I almost lost all of the hard work and money spent on this game. I play BNS NA btw.
I play NA also if you were to do this on a another account then send the outfits to your real character in game could you get the character your sending it to account band?
+Serena Durden you don't receive the items in your inventory, the program only allows you to see your character wearing it. no one else can see it except you.But if you use this program, there is a good chance you'll get caught and then banned.

Hola Yusei, mm sip amig@ el programa me funciona a la perfección en la actualidad a pesar de que han hecho actualizaciones, todo me corre full, mmm porque lo decis? no te corre adecuadamente? tenes problema con el Software?

Asegúrate de que estén en orden:
1- Esta es la más común y simple, asegúrate de haber instalado correctamente el Programa siguiendo las guías, cualquier falla al instalarlo o al configurarlo podrían ocasionar estos percances vale, (ASEGÚRATE DE HABER INSTALADO BIEN EL [NODE.JS] ) ya que molesta dependiendo del PC.
2- Asegúrate de haber rutado o puesto correctamente la ruta del Game donde vos lo instalaste en el Programa (MOD), si tenemos problemas en NO haber colocado la ruta bien el programa al no encontrarla en su BUG esté no hará el respectivo cambio del accesorio yap
3- Si tienes los 2 primeros problemas en orden o ( Que no son la avería) entonces capaz el problema radica en el momento de hacer el MOD, te explico, puede que no estes eligiendo el accesorio correcto en este caso en los TRAJES o CUSTOMS ya que solo en estos accesorios se tiene este pequeño detalle,como veras los Customs que trae el MOD por defecto algunos se repiten del original y solo cambian algunos aspectos (mínimos) del mismo, ten en cuenta que cada accesorio tiene un código propio a su APK respectivamente, entonces si vos elegis el Custom (ORIGINAL) erroneo al momento de que el MOD sustituya los códigos de la interfaz en la BUG este no te los encontrará en la base de datos de Blade & Soul y en resultado no se efectuará el cambio del Custom en el Game
Revisa bien que Traje (ORIGINAL) en especifico queres modificar por otro (ALTERNO) si tienes dudas compara bien o tómale una foto al Custom que deseas modificar dentro del Game y luego lo buscas en el MOD y más si este está en la lista de los Customs ya que algunos no te permite ver entonces buscas directamente en la carpeta de los Customs del MOD
Suerte y espero hayas solucionado el problema xd...
gracias por aclarar , al final resulto ser que yo no había creado la carpeta cookedPc , y yo antes de crearla tenia la carpeta mod suelta y no funcionaba así, sino hasta que cree la " cookedpc" y movi la carpeta mod adentro de esta .
una ultima pregunta ¿ banean por usar este programa en el servidor NA? es que unos colegas del grupo de facebook dicen que si y ahora tengo esa duda..

Cariño mmm a ver con base a la pregunta te diría lo siguiente, el Game no presta mucha atención a este tipo de cosas por motivo de serles imposible controlar las masas, aparte de que los Players que escojan utilizar el programa sería más por motivos de estética hacia el Personaje que poseen, es decir, lo "KOOL" o BACANO de los Customs que tiene el MOD a comparación de los Customs que tiene el Game como tal y lo mismo va para los otros accesorios, ahora honestamente muchos Players están usando este programa, ya los podrás ver en su mayoría en ARENA PVP y en Dungeones y otros por la corrida del Game si la BANEADA fuera en serio ya muchos PJ de niveles altos le hubieran dicho Bye Bye a sus cuentas yap, te explico, bueno de que te "BANEEN" la cuenta en sí dependerá de tu suerte jeje y te explico, si a tus amigos de tu grupo de Facebook les Banearon la cuenta lo más probable fue que a ellos les hicieran SPAM o les DENUNCIARAN al Soporte Técnico como se hace normalmente en casi de que algún Jugador esté diciendo o haciendo cosas indebidas, por lo general o mejor dicho en su totalidad estos SPAM o DENUNCIAS lo hacen otros Jugadores que deciden jugar el Game de manera "LEGAL" o "LIMPIA" o que no saben aplicar el Programa y entonces cuando ven a otro Players usando este tipo de accesorios por molestar nomas les deciden SPANEAR las cuentas pero he aquí lo común el soporte del Game no toma en cuenta o seriedad a esto por eso en estos casos de 500 Players unos 10 de esos les banean para no ignorar las peticiones pero de todas formas ahora 7 de cada 10 usan estos MOD yap , ahora no hay un Grupo del Game dedicado a hacer estas cosas o estar pendiente de estos arreglos "ILEGALES" que no están en el Game, en sí les sería imposible controlar a tantos Players y mucho menos hacerles control de ello, y te doy una gran muestra para que estes tranquilo.
porque cuando hago el arreglo con el MOD normalmente puedo entrar al Game sin ninguna restricción y no me joden la cuenta?
bueno sencillo, porque si fuera así el Game tendría que cerrarle las cuentas a más del tercio de los jugadores por utilizar este tipo de interfaces y lógicamente perderían Usuarios y muchas otras cosas más no les conviene en pocas palabras, la otra el juego es muy débil a cuanto Seguridad si no fuera así esto de los MOD no se estaría dando y al parecer el Game no ha trabajado mucho para evitar este tipo de cosas, así que despreocupate vale.. esto no es un efecto dominó masivo... solo ten precario no andar mucho por el juego con los Customs y donde haya mucha concentración de Players solo para evitar que alguno te reporte pero como te dije es casi nulo eso... yo llevo mucho tiempo haciéndolo y ya tengo mi cuenta nivel 50 y otras también... hasta la fecha nadie me ha Baneado, si queres lo podes dejar de utilizar acorde a lo que pienses, pero yo te digo que no es peligroso.. vale... espero te haya aclarado esa duda vale...

no they can't because simply u are the only one who have the mod file in ur game , so they see only original outfit and u see the one u wanted .

sorry about the year wait, but all you have to do is go to NCSOFT\bns\bin\ and then make a folder called "Mod" as seen in the OP's C\, then put the blade and soul tool in the mod file. Or, just put the blade and soul tool in the bns file alone, but that would be tacky.
