- This was a semi-big project for me that took around 3 and a half days after the update, so I apologize if I was late to the party.
I also apologize if I couldn't get everything in the video, as this video would be extremely long if I talked about the lore and every single detail the update shows, so I only picked off a few important ones (I will make a full-fledged video on Blackout's lore soon).
I will be putting timestamps for anyone who wants to watch a specific part of the video, like the Access Denied Gameplay, the Commander showcase, or just the new stuff in the updates, etc.

From what I know, the loot modifiers on X starred servers are as follows:
0 stars - 0.3
1 star - 0.5
2 stars - 0.75
3 stars - 1 (full loot)

@@antynomity K ty got it. Idk but you can get 3 star on a low pop and sometimes 1-2 star in high pop. Its weird.
does loot modifiers apply to cards and contraband weapons; not only money and valueables?
I dont know exactly but it effects all lootable items and possibly will give you a higher chance to get higher tier cards
