I was there during the transition. THey really do NOT cover it in detail enough. Frank was a monster. Absolutely horrible to the staff. Fred had to save me more than once. They way they act like Frank was some GOD and Fred was some visionary is just bullshit. Frank was out for blood.
Don't you think some companies have a toxic culture of slacking off? In that case you need someone like Frank to come in and get those people out and rock the boat.
