- The Great League is back in Pokemon GO and today I'm running a new double grass team with the recent community day Pokemon, Chesnaught! Be sure to give this team or some of these Pokemon a try this weekend for GO Battle Days!

Team Ice Types don't exist
Every team has it's weakness, but as of late Walrein and Dewgong haven't been common. There's by far more Gfisk in the meta, which this team handles.

the team ive been rocking today is gfisk, skarmory and noctowl, guess ill continue using it
Smack Down can handle that, unless there two ice types on the team lol

Frenzy plant has helped chesnaught a lot,I love using it with a talonflame and noctowl safe swap
Do you run it as a ABB team with chesnaught lead or start with talon?
@@gmrad2456 yeah abb with chesnaught in start,and noctowl safe switch, initially thought of using shadow zard but I am too broke in candies, Stardust and I still need an elite fast tm so instead went with noctowl

Im running Noctowl Gfisk and Brigaron right now after many many tests I made I came up with it :D funny to see THIS team now from you after comming back. Maybe Ill give it a try :D

I have tried GFisk Pelipper and Sableye with not good results. I your team a good team against that?
I used Smack Down Chesnaught as a safe swap, and destroyed Talonflame Hopes and Dreams, Vine Whip does prove to have a better consistency though
Yeah, if you run smack down it needs to be on safe swap. If it's achor or lead then Vine whip makes more sense.
Any idea why I can't teach my noktowl shadow ball. Using an elite charged tm it's only showing sky attack and psychic 👎

They would do well, but if you compare the number of times we see them to Gfisk. Gfisk is dramatically more common, hence why the team works.

I don't know why but when I use a zyonik recommended team I either get RPS or Go battle lag
What if I replace Noctowl with Talonflame? Does this change some key matchups? I've been using this and it's doing some wonders so I'm sticking to it but may try building Pelipper as well...what's everyone's recommendations?

Do you ever play against any other GBL youtubers? Like Danottewa, Yasser Jankos etc?
Yeah I sometimes get matched against them. Usually in the first few days of the new season or later half. But i don't do "1v1" content, time zone issues always come into play especially with being a dad of 2 little ones.
Not a pokemon Go nerd but this is why my frost lass op on this league

My team aromatise, gfisk and awak always beats this team. Had ~6 times encountered this double grass team. Won all the time..may atleast under 2000 elo. Your skills on different level.

The calculations this vid were insane.
I also can't be arsed with XL ultra and master league but now days great league is not much better, XL Basti, XL medicham, XL Azumarill, XL Lickitung and let's not forget other overpowered tanks like Registeel. Oh and shadow Vic is still about 😫
eyyyyyyy guess who's got two thumbs and (despite losing more than a few matches to Go Battle Lag) was able to get higher than ever before with a rank of 2492 and then went on to lose 10 matches in a row

wth, someone just used it against me lol, i lost, so i copied it, i won 4 in row and lost to another team so I copied that.
Alolan Sandslash is about to feast 🤤
It would do pretty well, but haven't seen one in open GL yet. Gfisk is the most common so I built the team for that.
