Jungkook did say he wanted the songs to be relatable. These songs also are to show different genres. What I hear in is songs are emotion and sincerity. Have you heard Closer.
What i interpret from the last one is that he finally accepts the reality of it all: 1) it was a toxic and dangerous relationship that could only hurt him, he was dazzled by her, he was drunk in the illusion of love with this woman. 💔He starts to see her in a new light, taking accountability of his decisions and understanding it was not all his fault. 2) He deserves better, his tears are valuable 💎 and must not be wasted. Self love. Accept and learn from the experience. 3) Healing from the heartbreak and looking at love in a positive light, opening his heart again, to stop the coldness and numbness will not be easy and will take time.
