Just want to clarify that this hack is intended to be a "Template" for those that are working on their own Galaxy mods! Hence why so many Galaxies were from the vanilla game and not brand new, it was meant to showcase new things you can do with the Galaxy Engine.
Yes we understand, but what you do not understand is that the cosmic clones that were chasing after you can be destroyed by just shooting a star bit at them. Yet you think the Cosmic Clones cannot be destroyed. 🤦
If i recall correctly, this hack was just a showcase for the engine they made. All those black signs explain the changes and features made

This is weirdly similar to a Galaxy themed segment I had written out for a Luigi game I was designing way back.

I thought this would be a prequel to the original Super Mario Galaxy, not just some alternate versions of existing levels.
Kill the cosmic clones one by one with star bits. Have one follow you and kill them with a star bit before letting the other cosmic clone follow you. Then rinse and repeat.

@@AkameGaKillfan777 Yeah. Let each cosmic clone follow you slowly one by one, and shoot a star bit at them by pressing B while aiming.

@@HyperboidSo you can get rid of the Cosmic Clones and explore Dimension Zero more freely. If you don't, they'll keep chasing you all the way to the end of the level until you get hit or lose a life.

The planet at 3:16 is actually a recycled planet from the early version of super mario galaxy that was scrapped but was shown at e3 nice way to reuse it tho
