    hello there.
    I have a question.
    How does the responsibility of A shareholder of a private limited company differs from a Public Limited Company? can you plz describe the difference of each shareholder in each type of business. Thank you in advance!

      I know this may be a little late but you didn't have any response. There isn't really any difference when we talk about the shareholders of each business. A private and public limited company there is still the element that they are involved in the decision making, however the difference is that a private limited shareholder can only be invited to the company and buy shares that way however a plc company can buy there way into the company as well as a PLC company there being more shareholders than a LTD company.
