I wish Vox would release their own modeller to put Helix et al to shame.I have a Helix and love it. Also a Tonelab EX for a decade, that still punches above its weight !
Ive had one of these for a week now and must say that i am very impressed . After a bit of head scratching it all suddenly fell into place and its as easy to use as falling off a bike . The modulation effects are lush and it dosent suck you AMP tone like a lot of proscessors. The silent chromatic tuner is a great touch to .. 10/10
Finally got mine in and I'm really enjoying it. I could've got one quicker in the U.S. But not as nice. Some were dirty, missing knobs and beat up. So, I ordered one from Japan. It came packed well and was carefully cleaned & detailed. It looked new! Took a while to arrive but worth it.
@Ectotherm yep, the ME 70 isn't bad but the COSM amp models lack a certain warmth at least to my ears. But I found a way around this problem by running a Blackstar ht dual tube distortion though it and using the ME 70 mainly as an EQ/volume pedal and modulator/delay, at least when I practice without an amp or do silent recordings.
I have been using the tonelab le since it first came out and it's great but i only use it for effects but it has a huge problem with the pedal going loose and you can't fix it without taking it all apart and risking damaging it.
hey guys! i just bought this pedal. it seems the wah pedal is missing the square rubber piecey thingy that is supposed to go down and press the circuit board. now, i would like to think that pressing that little button, doing it manualy, should infact activate the wah effect ? this does not seem to be the case. my question is. is there another way to activate the wah than trough pressing down the volume pedal? it seems all i can use the pedal for right now. is just volume control... help me obi wan kenobi.... :) please, tell me there is a way to activate that wah pedal!!!
what is the best speaker to use w/ the tonelab im using a line 6 solid state amp and i see videos on youtube of people with a better sound. does running it through the computer work better or some type of PA speaker?
@evhfan1994 Read the manual. First of all, you want to use it in amp setting. If you can get a good clean sound out of your Line 6, that is what you want. If you are using a smaller 15 watt amp with a 8" speaker or smaller, that would be the problem. You could try using it in line mode with the speaker emulation. You might want to spend some time tweaking your tones and the gain stage. Read the manual.

the vox beats em' all. I've played my tonelab le with a gibson standard Les paul and the tone is freakin' amazing!!!
@Natokowsky Vibrato? Vibrato is in your hands. It has a tremolo and Leslie emulator.

Ademas de ser un gran cantante, Ricardo Montaner es un gran guitarrista.
heres a good topic, whats better the rp500 or the tonelab le, i cant decide :(
I have thisand think I like it more than my Boss pedals.

can the volume pedal be calibrated to allow larger volume swells than the factory setting?

I have the Blue Tonelab SE. Sounds better than the LE and much sturdier.
will the tube thats in this thing go out or anything?

can i use this pedal with my vox ad50vt amp!¡??
I bought one of these, but I'm an old classic rock guy and never use it. I'd let it go for $200.00 plus shipping. Like new in the box.
4:15 who heard the beatles song??????
@adlibriffin Yes! :)
that guy looks like my uncle but younger with longer hair lol
LE is pretty much amazing, but they are talking like they invented something that zoom 9150 valve dsp made like 15 years ago.
This video is older than a lot of people on tiktok
To my ear, Boss pedals have a better tone. Again, this is IMHO
