Curious to know with the fed cutting interest rates are you able to refinance your loans not sure how that works or not but I would look into that if it’s possible and trying to get those 7% down to 5 that would help you out a ton also maybe just for the next two months and an extra 150 to your biggest loan payment and keep paying the minimums on the other ones you not focusing on so the interest doesn’t accrue like crazy, good luck. For my little update I got $1370 left to invest into my Roth IRA, I’m going to buy a harbor freight badlands winch for my truck today on my credit card it’s 40% off so it’s gonna be around $360 normally 600 but I always wanted one I get paid today and gonna invest 800 into my Roth and then I’ll only need 570 next week and I’ll finish my one goal for the year then I’m gonna aggressively pay my car loan I’ve already been doing 800 dollar payments monthly and the car payment is 758 so I’m slightly ahead
I've looking into it, but won't be consolidating unless my interest rate could be 4% or less (which it can't right now) because right now my interest rate would be higher than my average interest rate, and these loans are federal so I would lose federal protections like the options to switch to PSLF or forbearance protection in the event I lose my job- so the value isn't there for me to consolidate!
Currently working on a plan for any unexpected income- but I will likely invest a portion and put a portion to my debt, not sure what the breakdown is but I want it to be consistent for any “bonus” income
im happy that you are getting enough pay to pay off your student loans!

Have you thought about consolidating so you can have 1 interest rate?

What is your plan for the interest you get back that you paid on your tax return?
