One of my favorite bands of all time. I remember being a metalhead to the core at that time. By the end of the 80s and beginning of the 90s, the NYHC had not arrived in my country or at least it was not well known, especially among Metalheads... By then, I had formed a Thrash-Death Metal band (influenced by bands like Metallica, Sepultura, Slayer) ……. I remember when a friend from NY came to the country and showed me Biohazard's Urban Discipline in 93/94 …something like that……I was hooked…immediately my drumming style was influenced by Danny and NYHC in general. I began to incorporate many nuances of that style with that characteristic groove, to my personal drumming style. What a good fucking times.
I just happened upon this video the other day. Great to see all of them back together. Got me wondering if they were touring. They are 20 minutes from my house this Saturday. I got a ticket yesterday and can’t frickin wait. I’ve seen Biohazard live twice, but it’s probably been 30 years.

Yesterday in Warsaw (Poland) I saw Get The Shot, Terror and of course Biohazard. Fucking awesome !! Full of power and energy. Great bands, great set, great show. BIOHAZARD !!

In the The Tales from the hard side ref. when they repeat the "HARD SIDE" it's sounds like "HARCOLJ!", which means in hungarian language "FIGHT!" I remember the day after 10th grade school, being In the record store 1990 i believe , seeing the OG Biohazard on Maze records and the Accused Grinning Like an Undertaker, on cassette, and myself being from NY I had to buy both and now 49 years old, I'm metaling out like I was 16 again. I fukn love Biohazard.
Can't wait to see them open for megadeth this weekend. Biohazard is the band that got me into HC in the early 90s. Just happened to see if megadeth was touring and they're playing this weekend. Bought the tickets and later found out Biohazard was opening. Bonus.
After all those years and they sound and look so sharp. Biohazard's No holds barred was the very first cassette I personally bought more than 25 years ago. I was 12 at that time and probably cared more about the cover rather than who these guys really were and what music they played. I blasted that cassette day in day out and they became one of my favourite hardcore bands. Not too many things changed ever since I made that purchase.
This was absolutely awesome, they sound fuckin great! It would have been a blast to have been there live. Love me some Biohazard, been a fan since 92! 🤘🏻

Trust me I know they might have to drop Survival Of The Fittest because the chorus Evans part is too fast to sing (it's a young person's technique) and trust me I know this band from 96 I've been down for life and I've seen them twice live in the uk so I can say with confidence that the least tightest playing was from Bobby but that's understandable like I said give them a couple more shows and boom 💥
@@InnerCityOrganicz In fairness to Bobby, the real issues were with his rig, not his playing. I don’t know who his tech was but he didn’t do him any favors. I felt sorry for him because I know how much this reunion means to him. He tried to ad lib during the solo for Tears Of Blood which didn’t really work out but other than that I thought he was outstanding.

Seen Biohazard at The Town Pump in Vancouver, 1993 with Fear Factory and Sick Of It All. I wasn't very familiar with Biohazard at the time, saw a couple videos on Much Music, I was a big Sick Of It All fan, but I've been a Biohazard fan ever since unfortunately I haven't seen them live since 1993.

Kids today are trying to relive memories they weren't alive for, going to "final tours", Pantera etc., I saw Pantera at the Town Pump as well in '91, Prong was the opener, saw them again at the PNE in '94 with Prong and Sepultura, memories like that you can't get from their so-called "reunion" tour. Old school fans are giving it a pass, the crowds are mainly under 30.
@ll7868 I saw Prong so many times! They were awesome. Fugazi, even world bands like seeing the Chili Peppers in a small bar on the Mothers Milk tour. Primus ,COC, Downset, Madball, can go on. We're lucky people.

They're in Winnipeg on Feb. 16 with Lamb Of God, two days from this post, my cousin and I got our tickets but had to give up next month's Jets game vs Seattle, $130 just left of the stage overlooking the pit with a decent view of Charlie on the drums, that's mainly why I'm going, he was a big influence when I was self-teaching myself to play in the 80s.
