    can we just take a minute to appreciate this man? not only did him and his wife just have a baby, but there is a global pandemic happening at the same time and he still posts great content! thank you Paolo for working so hard to make these amazing videos!
    edit: i understand that the pandemic is significantly worse in some countries rather than others, but the point of my comment was to thank Paolo for making amazing videos that brighten everyone’s day. i’m sorry if i offended anyone.

    This is by far the best video series on TH-cam! Not just is it interesting, it is also phenomenally executed with fantastic camera work and cut. It seriously feels like a show produced by a TV network, in some aspects even better than one produced by a TV network. This is what I love about TH-cam, creators showing that it doesn't take a whole team to make something great, but that Paolo himself can do it better.
    Absolutely love the show! Thank you so much for making it! I always look forward to new episodes. Two things I would love to see in the future would be about a day in the life of a convenience store employee or manager and a day in the life of a train driver in Tokyo. However, I am fully aware that both JR and Japanese convenience store chains probably are quite difficult to agree to you shooting a video on their premises. But whatever episode you'll shoot next, you can be sure that I'll watch it immediately. Thanks for the great entertainment Paolo!

    I've always wondered about Paolo's day in the life episodes. If he meets the person at the destination, who shoots the morning routine?

    • @EggRo11s
      @EggRo11s 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Probably his wife Maiko

    • @jmkinney2019
      @jmkinney2019 4 ปีที่แล้ว +25

      You can tell that it isn’t his wife at 1:00, because they are both briefly in frame while the camera is moving. I’d guess that it’s Paolo, and then he pretends to meet them at the train station

    • @CatGoesBork

      So I'm like 90% sure this is shot over two days- one day for home life and one day to "meet" the person at their work train station

    • @dudleypajela2986
      @dudleypajela2986 4 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      I'm pretty sure the whole "meeting the person" part is just some side footage that's staged. You can see this clearly in the day in the life video with kimono mom Moe and Sutan. When Paolo knocks on the front door, it cuts to Moe getting up to go open the front door, and you can see that her coffee is already on the table. When Paolo enters their home, the next thing that happens is she makes her coffee. So the whole knocking on the door thing was just something that Paolo filmed after the fact.

    At 11:51 for all those wondering the items behind him are:
    The square with the screen is an oscilloscope or o-scope(common in the military and many defense contractors).
    the big round thing is used to measure torque and the strength of objects for instance the maximum force to screw a screw.
    There also some soldering equipment
