On this Edition of Forever Home, Dad-preneur Drew Cope and his team are working on repairing water damage to this back door. This water damage was caused by the builder improperly installing the flashing layers around the door, causing water to slowly get in over time. Our team is working on removing the damaged wood, reenforcing the existing structure, replacing the damaged parts, and reinstalling the flashing layers and the door to prevent water damage from happening to this back door again.
