What do you need help with? Remove old brake levers and calipers, then install new ones. The only thing you need to be wary of is if the new calipers will fit on the adapter that you have to mount them to the frame. I've never seen this upgrade done on a Zero 11x so you might need a custom mounting bracket.
@@GingerOnWheels I have already ordered the adapters, but I wish there was a TH-cam step by step tutorial on how to do it on a Zero 11X. There is a lot of upgrade and modification videos about dualtron thunder, but barely any for Zero 11X.
There are two wires coming out of the brake lever area. One is smaller. Screw the nut counterclockwise a quarter turn. In my experience that will fix it.
My wheels on nami feel “tight” it seems like part of the wheel is breaking when I ride it or walk it... it sound like it’s rubbing against something I tried the loosening the bolts and holding the break but it’s still happening... so annoying I literately just took it out of the box and having this issue.
Weird... if it's not the brakes it's probably just the natural resistance of the electric motor. Maybe bearings, but then you'd hear funky noises coming from the wheel when it was spinning, like a click or grind.

How to tell someone's a vegan/vegetarian.. don't worry, they'll tell you!
hey mate,
I have a zero 10x and at time I lose the front brake. It's not the hydraulic type, just the cable disc brakes. I then need to back off the cable screw and re tighten. Any idea what the fault is?
Use loctite on the nut and screw then it won't come loose by itself.
@@GingerOnWheels it wasn't loose that's the thing. it's like the piston is getting stuck. very strange sensation in the hand when it happens as all looks normal
@@Studat I see. It sounds to me like you might have a kink or hard bend in the brake line. Thats my only other guess.
Any online store where i can purchase brake fluid kit? Fluidfree is out of stock of the brake kit.
I'm not sure... Check Alibaba. RevRides might have a few for sale if you wanna hit them up. Good luck!
Hi
My name is Ruben I from NYC
I do the same method to my rear brakes but went I put everything together etc
I press the brake and stop for 2 seconds en get lose went I brake
I don’t know what to do
I only use regenerative brake & front
I never open the scooter to see what happened
Im sorry Ruben, Im not sure what you're saying. What's the problem? Your brakes come loose?
what size thread is the brass fitting? my bleeding kit didnt come with one and i need to buy it separately fml. advice ASAP would be great!
I couldn't tell you. :/ My first kit didn't come with one and I had to get another entire kit.
@@GingerOnWheels literally the same situation im in now. ughhh. can you link to a kit that has a fitting? would be sincerely appreciated. trying to get the part by weds for a group ride. thanks in advance buddy! appreciate you responding so quickly!
Can you please help me out on upgrading brakes on a Zero 11X. I want to upgrade from stock zoom brakes to magura mt5e.
I have break warning light do you know how to fix it
There are two wires coming out of the brake lever area.
I had a nanrobot d6+ how can i maintance my hydraulic brake?
If you press play on this video, the information you need is contained inside.
my matise brakes act like antilock the pulse is this a bad settup? or
You can turn the abs setting off in your p settings. Instructions are in the manual.
@@GingerOnWheels thanks, i eventually found that, when i contacted voro they had no clue what i was talking about. ABS feel much different in the motorcycle world im in. thanks so much for the reply i know your getting many questions. I run a vintage motorcycle shop in indiana and am entering the hobby of electric , i also fly electric large scale RC air!! have a great day!!!
Dear Ginger: I've a Currus NF with a LT-D777 Model Hydraulic Brake? Does anyone know what who makes it? There's ZERO info on the internet.
Never heard of it... Sorry.
My brake is stuck. It doesn't open up unless I take it off the rotor and pry it open and if I pump the brake handle again it will close but won't open up again. Will this method work on mine?
First I would try replacing the fluid in the line, then try replacing the lever, then the caliper if that doesn't work.
@@GingerOnWheels When you say replace fluid in the line, do you mean adding more like you did in the video?
@@cilva7able in this situation I think it would be preferable to bleed the line and replace the fluid entirely.
@@GingerOnWheels Do you have any videos on bleeding the line?
@@cilva7able no I don't period but there are lots of mountain biking channels that I'm sure have that sort of video. The concept is pretty much the same
Theres no link to the brake kit... do you know if fluidfreerider sells the kit for the warrior 11 it's not listed on there website
I just contacted them and they gave me the kit like I said in the video. If you contact them they have spare parts for all scooters that aren't on the site. Also, there is a link to a brake kit, it's in the description to this video with bold next to it close to the top.
@@GingerOnWheels daaaaa I'm sorry I see it. Dont know how I missed it! Thanks.....AGAIN...LOL
@@GingerOnWheels the link takes you to a google voice call?
How do you know when you are running low on the Fluid for the Brakes?
The brake levers will squeeze back way too far and not produce adequate stopping power
Hey broseph can you please re link the kit I cannot open that short URL
Just as soon as I can find it... 🧐
Ginger On Wheels 😂 ok 👌

Ginger On Wheels thanks allot for that dude. I’m in Australia I’ll suss it out tomorrow
Best fucking channel
I just bought my Wolf Warrior X and you’re helping me so much
Much love brother
Edit: No homo
What are the "tiny little tubes with brass tips" acutely called? My rear break and this problem so I purchased a break bleed kit bit the attachments are to big and don't fit. I tried to improvise with a small rubber o ring but got no air bubbles to come out so I obviously didn't fill it up and my break is still way to soft.
P.s I have been watching the chanel for some time and have shared it to all my scooter buddy's, all the best 🙂
Man, I wish I knew. Even the kits are hard to find, if it weren't for fluidfreeride I'm not sure I would've been able to find one so easily. I would imagine the technical name is something like 'threaded reservoir adapter' or something along those lines.
Bump
Good ).
My kabbo wolf king has a leak in the front brake it’s leaking out of the actual brake hate these pos brakes ! Of course the tools needed for brakes don’t come with the scooter
