    Something cool about these frames is that they can be used with belt drives!

      @@extraBash You still need to tension the belt, and there is no way to do it on this frame. So you either need to find unicorn gear, or use some kind of chain tensioner that fits belt gears.

    Hi there, believe it or not, i actually own the same e-Stay MTB in a kind of (lets say) prurple with the same pink lines like yours in the vid. :-) I baught it from an Austrian guy and I own it now for about 20 years. It is in good condition, but didn`t found any hint so far who produced the bike. Sadly enough, the milazo sign is off, because the bike was sold in a bike custom shop in Vienna/Austria under its "own brand" so to speak. The shop obviuousely replaces the milazo sign with the shops one, which is just an "H". The shop went bankrupt, no information anymore available. So thank you for this video. If you would like to see some pics, i will be happy to share.

    Milazo are technically still around, but they exist primarily as a sticker on [The] Warehouse bikes. Milazo certainly made some mid-range bikes back in the late 80's and early 90's, but once The Warehouse got hold of the brand it was downhill from there on in.

    Hello. Thanks for your video. It is very inspiring.
    1. Can you please tell me if the chain ring narrow wide will work with the chain 8 speed. Do you have any experience? ok. I know that the chain will sit on this chain ring NW but will the narrow wide hold it on this chain ring (8 speed is wider than 9)?
    2. You can use a plastik pipe from spray bottle to lead cable in the frame.
    3. I am not a fun to convert cantilever sustem to V-break - the frame has wider offset of pivots. By the way we can notice it in your video - V-break arms are not parallel to each other.

    • @waveywheelies
      @waveywheelies  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey! Thanks for watching!
      1. I haven’t personally used it on a 8s so I can’t say for sure but I don’t see how it wouldn’t work. Some chainring do state what speed they are designed for.
      2. That’s an awesome idea, I didn’t even think of that, thanks!
      3. That’s fair enough! What do you mean by wider offset of pivots? I may not have shown the clip but I did adjust the v-brakes so they are even👍

    • @mutos82
      @mutos82 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@waveywheelies I wanted so say that the distance between pivot of brake to the center line of bike/wheel is bigger in cantilever than in v-brake (sorry for my english)
