Beth, you rocked all the styles, even the pixie, but I do like the longer styles on you and Bridget was beautiful on you after you poofed her up a bit. The Caramelized Brown has a beautiful blend of colors in it and that coupled with the lighting made it even more beautiful. Woohoo, Danielle looked sexy and sassy on you, and I love that Auburn color! Sheer Drama is cute, but not my fave. I loved howJJ framed your beautiful face and I love that Pecan Rooted color on you as well. I think the Caramelized Brown was a little more blended and seemed more highlighted. As for my favorite styles--Heidi, Bridget, and JJ are the winners, especially Heidi! That wave pattern is gorgeous! You look good in the blonde color, Beth. I just have too many wigs to keep in their boxes. I keep new wigs in boxes and ones that I’m getting ready to review. Yes, I have shown my bio hair on my private FB group and in a short video. Quick tip, when you print out that list for your box add in a section for each wig where you can mark any changes you made eg cut the bangs; added a root; thinned at the sides etc. Plus in another section where you add a check mark for each time you’ve worn it. It gives you a really good idea of how the wig is holding up, and if you want to sell or donate you can give the next owner a really good explanation of the wigs history. Plus I would also consider adding in the date purchased and what you paid for it.

Love this showcase of several different current styles. I think you look great in any color, but in my opinion, I like the darker/mid brown on you. Could be the lighting, but it goes well with your coloring and eyebrow color.

Tress Tech Wig Wax Spray is hands down the best for styling ... similar to a hairspray but it's pliable and doesn't leave a residue or sticky feeling. I use it all the time! I also like Jon Renau piece out cream and use that to tame flyaways. Beth when you are talking about different wigs, sometimes I'm not familiar with the color, so if you could catagorize it as; warm, cool or neutral that would really help! Seems like you have new colors that don't come up in the list when I'm looking at them. Maybe the longer styles have more color choices?? Love your videos!

I will try to remember to categorize the colors for you going forward. 💖 Paula Young has 21 standard colors (preferred hues) then Jaclyn Smith has about 6 exclusive colors in her line but her rigs also come in PY colors. What a great video. I’ve just recently gotten in to wigs. I still have my hair & God Bless the ladies that have a lot of thinning & no hair due to illness. I started watching Godiva secret wigs about a year ago & then I started watching other brands. Then I saw Paula young. So far I’ve ordered two from Paula & one from frannies hair. I’m telling you that was expensive from F H. PAULA YOUNG IS WONDERFUL GREAT FIBERS & just as nice. I could’ve bought 3 of Paula’s for the price of one from F H. Thanks for making me want to order more Lol 😂!!! You look great in all the colors & style. I think you look great in the medium & longer wigs. That lite auburn looked pretty darn good on you. One big tip: coconut oil rubbed into your hands and another into wigs Make them feel brand new, soft silky. It's also good to rub into the nape area where wigs get really frizzy
love the Dylan, only got it because you showed it.... I also cut bangs but it's a cute, comfy style you can do much with...JJ I end up wearing a lot, I forget it's versa fiber, yes their wigs feel best in all ways even if you aren't setting them but do want to add some waves. Natalia most beautiful wig they've made in ages and easy to cut length for ppl who don't want to do long hair (I love long hair) but fairly sure it got messed from traveling to FL twice recently may order a new one or the sun in FL just does a job on wigs, seroiusly an issue u don't have where u live :) thanks

First one (mixed with Gayle) actually looks like my natural hair used to look. But Bridgette is stunning. I think that is color I need. You look beautiful in all of them but my favorites on you are lighter and longer. Those flatter your face beautifully. Now I have to go on website and pick one and cross my fingers.

I ordered Gayle in that color and it looked nothing like that. It was more golden, one tone and it was very messy when I opened the box. I wish I had sent her back for another. I haven’t tried restyling or anything. I was disappointed there wasn’t much permatease either. I think I got a dud 😢
Hmmm that’s too bad! I’m sorry that you were disappointed dear. May I suggest taking her out and playing with her a bit. Really give her a good shake and use some water to spritz it and help to loosen up the permatease, that should give it some more volume. I also keep my wigs hung upside down which keeps the fibers airy and gives it more volume. ❤️😊👍

I'm 65 just about having a nervous breakdown over changing my hair and color to be age appropriate. I hate short hair On me. I hate gray hair on me. I gett a Paula young catalogs all the time but never order because I don't think they're very current, the backs of the wigs just hang there, adding nothing to the style, I think they are terrible with layers. Layers ,butterfly are so beautiful, thats what I mean about " not current". Love their prices ,dont like their colors at all. Always had auburn with brown and then caramel blonde highlights which I love and get tons if compliments on. Paula Young makes no effort st all with their reds and I think they're awful. I am really happy to have found your vid. Liked the pecan delight much better than I thought I would. Like Katie with the layers and harvest colors and really might order although its longer than I really wanted. The honey is really nice. But again my mind is screaming age appropriate with style And I'm thinking who am I? I am so confused, I always loved pretty things and now feel like I have to rain it in. Will definitely open my mind a bit on Paula Young. a thank you for trying g all the long wigs. What will you do in 10 years? Go shorteer? Color? I need some Xanax.

Great video, but there's too much fluffing! No one ever shows wigs in their natural, unfluffed, and unpouffed state. Not everyone (lots do) likes the fluffy, pouffy, too much hair look. Beth when you are talking about different wigs, sometimes I'm not familiar with the color, so if you could catagorize it as; warm, cool or neutral that would really help!
Seems like you have new colors that don't come up in the list when I'm looking at them.
Maybe the longer styles have more color choices??

I will try to remember to categorize the colors for you going forward. 💖 Paula Young has 21 standard colors (preferred hues) then Jaclyn Smith has about 6 exclusive colors in her line but her rigs also come in PY colors. What a great video. I’ve just recently gotten in to wigs. I still have my hair & God Bless the ladies that have a lot of thinning & no hair due to illness. I started watching Godiva secret wigs about a year ago & then I started watching other brands. Then I saw Paula young. So far I’ve ordered two from Paula & one from frannies hair. I’m telling you that was expensive from F H. PAULA YOUNG IS WONDERFUL GREAT FIBERS & just as nice. I could’ve bought 3 of Paula’s for the price of one from F H. Thanks for making me want to order more Lol 😂!!! You look great in all the colors & style. I think you look great in the medium & longer wigs. That lite auburn looked pretty darn good on you. I’m a natural red head but my roots are grey. I just like to change my looks up sometimes & give my hair a break from having to color every 3 to 4 weeks. Enjoyed this a lot. One big tip: coconut oil rubbed into your hands and another into wigs Make them feel brand new, soft silky. It's also good to rub into the nape area where wigs get really frizzy

I also cut bangs but it's a cute, comfy style you can do much with...JJ I end up wearing a lot, I forget it's versa fiber, yes their wigs feel best in all ways even if you aren't setting them but do want to add some waves. Natalia most beautiful wig they've made in ages and easy to cut length for ppl who don't want to do long hair (I love long hair) but fairly sure it got messed from traveling to FL twice recently may order a new one or the sun in FL just does a job on wigs, seroiusly an issue u don't have where u live :) thanks

First one (mixed with Gayle) actually looks like my natural hair used to look. But Bridgette is stunning. I think that is color I need. You look beautiful in all of them but my favorites on you are lighter and longer. Those flatter your face beautifully. Now I have to go on website and pick one and cross my fingers.

I ordered Gayle in that color and it looked nothing like that. It was more golden, one tone and it was very messy when I opened the box. I wish I had sent her back for another. I haven’t tried restyling or anything. I was disappointed there wasn’t much permatease either. I think I got a dud 😢
Hmmm that’s too bad! I’m sorry that you were disappointed dear. May I suggest taking her out and playing with her a bit. Really give her a good shake and use some water to spritz it and help to loosen up the permatease, that should give it some more volume. I also keep my wigs hung upside down which keeps the fibers airy and gives it more volume. ❤️😊👍

How can you tell if your wig is dry?
Just the fibers aren’t soft, smoother snd pliable any more.
My Natalia is a little different from yours. It's thinner around the back and sides, not as wavy throughout but straighter with curled ends.
I have found that with a lot of wigs where the curl pattern can differ from piece to piece! 🌸🤗

I'm 65 just about having a nervous breakdown over changing my hair and color to be age appropriate. I hate short hair On me. I hate gray hair on me. I gett a Paula young catalogs all the time but never order because I don't think they're very current, the backs of the wigs just hang there, adding nothing to the style, I think they are terrible with layers. Layers ,butterfly are so beautiful, thats what I mean about " not current". Love their prices ,dont like their colors at all. Always had auburn with brown and then caramel blonde highlights which I love and get tons if compliments on. Paula Young makes no effort st all with their reds and I think they're awful. I am really happy to have found your vid. Liked the pecan delight much better than I thought I would. Like Katie with the layers and harvest colors and really might order although its longer than I really wanted. The honey is really nice. But again my mind is screaming age appropriate with style And I'm thinking who am I? I am so confused, I always loved pretty things and now feel like I have to rain it in. Will definitely open my mind a bit on Paula Young. a thank you for trying g all the long wigs. What will you do in 10 years? Go shorteer? Color? I need some Xanax.

Look at celebrities, you don’t see many with gray hair, look at Jaclyn Smith, Donna Mills, Christy Brinkley, Demi Moore, Valerie Bertinelli, Marie Osmund, etc. they are all 60 and 70+ and have long, luscious and beautifully colored hair (or wigs)! Great video, but there's too much fluffing! No one ever shows wigs in their natural, unfluffed, and unpouffed state. Not everyone (lots do) likes the fluffy, pouffy, too much hair look. I guess I'm just a 60's-70's girl and like sleek and straight.
