He absolutely flipped like he was in gymnastics! I live in America! I recall that entire case! He was given football numbers! He told on everyone just to reduce that time! There is no way to reduce a sentence of that nature without telling on others! He didn’t have to snitch on a Jamaican. There are plenty Americans he could have told on! Especially when in prison. All the illegal activities he watched other inmates take part in. He probably offered information like that for a reduction in time. Whatever he told must have been a very serious crime for his time to drastically get dropped like that! Eventually we will see the actual paperwork! I bet I am correct!👍🏾

@@jsimeonf9141 my speculation is only on the method of how he told! The US government gives no plea deals unless you provide full information! Based on the sentencing documents he did not snitch within his trial. He was given big numbers for prison time. Again, the US government does not offer plea deals without an even exchange! To take ten years off your sentence you must provide damning information that secures the indictment and conviction of a criminal almost as large as he was viewed when captured! Therefore it’s clear he told on someone while incarcerated! This coming from someone who has spent a lot of their time during life behind bars! I know what I am saying will pan out to be true! You can wait on paperwork to tell you what is already evident. If you know the law, you know the sentencing guidelines. He was initially facing nothing short of 30 years in federal prison if he truly was the “top of the food chain” as he claims. That line alone told me that he is working with them. That is a line they frequently use in court when they have confidential informants on their case. They always say “this ci helped secure a conviction of a criminal who is perceived to be the top of the food chain!” Again, when you’ve sat in courtrooms many times in your life you get to see a lot!

@@carlmars4911 it wasn’t sealed! You can find many on youtube who made videos discussing it. Also if they are sealed it will prove that he snitched and is still an active informant! They do release people to work for them. In the end of their informant duties their original sentences are reduced. So he either told on someone while inside or is currently working as an active informant for them!

9 years is an extremely short sentence for trafficking drugs into the US! The minimum sentence for the first offense is at least 20 years for the “top of the food chain” as he called himself! The underlings minimum sentence was 5-10. With the amount he was caught with plus the money laundering, he absolutely was facing 20 years at least! This applies if he was just an underlying. The boss would be facing at least 30 years. 20 for the drugs and 10 for the money. Therefore, he snitched! You can not wiggle out of that type of time without an even exchange! Period!
