Howdy Don- that’s quite a fan! I’ve actually thought about getting a fan to set on the stove. Our stove has a blower that pulls heat from the back and blows it out the front underneath the stove. That’s where the cat likes to lay. Sure warms your feet up. Be good to have one on the top. Do you ever see the wolves when you’re out cutting wood? Take care and stay warm. God bless
Yes it's great & you can't beat the price right now, I paid around $95 for the other one Five years ago I think now $120 orc more, I haven't seen any this year yet, I seen 13 two years ago up where I went with the car for wood, That's about 15-20 miles the way the crow fly from my wood patch , But a pack runs a big loop & they will follow the moose & be back in about every 10 days, Just I don't like caring my riffle when I'm cutting wood so no gun when I seen them here last year, If they are hungry they get brave ! I bought 2 ecofan some years back one lasted one winter the other not quite 2 winter that was around 300 bucks not worth the time or money except made great targets lol
Ya the other bigger one i have on the cabin stove is five years old now, the one i had before was the same it lasted seven but they were $85 back then, So half that if it dies in a year I'm not out to much lol, Thanks for the comment'

Yes it just 4 layers of 3/4 & 1/2 osb I got a stack for free at the time of my build so just put it together like a puzzle lol, If you drop a screw you can find it :) You see in some videos in the shop I have a steel plate on the floor in front of the stove in case of dropping a hot coal while I'm filling it, I have to be very careful ! Yes it just 4 layers of 3/4 & 1/2 osb I got a stack for free at the time of my build so just put it together like a puzzle lol, If you drop a screw you can find it :) You see in some videos in the shop I have a steel plate on the floor in front of the stove in case of dropping a hot coal while I'm filling it, I have to be very careful ! Maybe one day I will afford cement :) Thanks for watching"
