    You don't have to be double jointed for all of this it just requires stretching and loosening your muscles and practicing so just keep practicing you will get it someday.

    i aint double jointed and i can almost do it now took 3 1/2 days to do hurts but tolerable just pace yourself and be patient using the (towel) each time you get used to the movement move your hands closer by your thumbs length

    I'm double jointed and naturally flexible in my arms. I think it's in genetics because almost everyone can do it in my family.

      Yes actually, ive grossed out quite a many of people doing "strange" tricks with my limbs, though things like that used to hurt a bit when i was younger, and when i was little i broke my left alna (bone in arm) which makes it a bit harder to do things with it now...

    Im not doubled jointed but i had to really stretch before trying this. After many attempts i can finally say i can do one move of bone breaking looool 😩🙈 i messed up my shoulder a bit tho

    Almost every part of my body is double jointed and i can pop my shoulder up and down out of place but i cant do any of this, i can even twist my arm all of the way around on a table 360

      Just stretch out for arms not little stretches in talm extreme asl stretches. Develop the flexibility

      At first try to do it by using belt or towel... and if u are near to belt then come on ur hands .... At first it hurts but after couple of days it won't...

    hey im also a bonebreaker and recently ive been doing more experienced bonesbreaks but when i tried to do one i succeeded but right after my elbow starts to hurt even if i do the beginner bonebreaks ive had this pain for a couple of days now does anyone have a solution to how to fix this pain? PLEASE HELP

      if you have patience, the pain will go away. It's all a matter of taking time and stretching. If you want better tutorials, go to this channel called "Max zarin" he has really detailed tutorials and stretches on loads of bonebreaks.

    Look yaw most people who is known for bonebreaking are double jointed. I'm an experience bone breaker n I am not double jointed although I am very flexible. If you aren't one of those two... bonebreaking is not for you until you develop flexibility. Me I learned how to bonebreak in about a week. Although the first tine you pop it out the shoulder it will hurt like crazy. You just gotta bear through the pain a couple of times n stretch like crazy. Most likely you will only be able to go from front to back. Wich is the most common bonebreak. I was limited to this for about six months but after a while you just get so flexible in your arms from the dancing you will be able to got back to front but it will hurt like a mfs. Suggestions for non double jointed people to become bonebreakers is to stretch your arms everyday. Get a bar or rail. And pull it while your arm is behind your neck. Also take ibuprofen that helps a lot.bif your really serious take a joint lubricant vitamin.
