The entire Nuvali is actually high in elevation. And we actually have our detention ponds to prevent flooding in the surrounding areas. There is a well-known koi pond there, just like one in Nuvali North. It's not just for leisure, but the main use of it is to harvest rainwater that serves as a reservoir for landscaping, irrigation, and even fire fighting.
Nuvali South, where our exclusive pre selling communities are located, has an elevation of approximately 172-202 meters above sea level. So when it comes to flooding, it will never be an issue.
Regardless of the type of development inside, whether it is commercial or residential, we have our own drainage system that we are confident will safeguard the safety of all residents.
