I don't usually like Jalfrezi curry but I only put one large capsicum pepper in the oil & the sauce turned out so fragrant & delicious & not too hot. I can highly recommend this curry sauce.
Can I just say that this is one of the best Jalfezi recipes I have tried. I used to buy the jar stuff for ease and I have it a lot when I go out for a curry. I followed your recipe exactly the way you said and it was lovely. I have cooked it twice now and the second time I tried I used different mustard powder and used cumin powder and you were right it did taste different. Wow you really know your stuff....thanks for sharing... I looked at the chicken Tikka too but cooked mine with oil... have you got any more good ones like this?
Thank you for your kind comments, I am happy you like my recipes. You sound a lot like me I love my Indian recipes. I am hoping that within the next few weeks I will be making my biriyani recipe, as you knnow I do like to put a little spin on traditional recipes so normally I would do chicken biriyani because it's one of my favourites but not loved by my wife so not cooked so often but I think for the veggie lovers out there I will have to do a Veggie Biriyani...any thoughts or any others you prefer?
You have got THE SECRET for making Indian food easily and
afordable . And every dish you make tastes out of the world ...Thanks
