- Our final day in Tokyo was full of unexpected surprises!!! In this video, we'll share with you some of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo and how we made the most of our time there. Disneyland is an iconic destination, and Ueno Park is a beautiful place to explore. From the amazing Tokyo Tower to the charming shops and restaurants of Tokyo, this video is a must-watch for anyone visiting Tokyo!

We are Philly and Keely and we live full time in our tiny home on wheels Martha. After building our DIY home in a Citroen Relay camper we spent a year living on the streets of London before quitting our jobs only to be met with lockdown. Then we took our van further than she had ever been before to the very beautiful Turkey. Enroute we stopped off in Spain for a few weeks where we experienced every van lifers worst nightmare, we were robbed and they stole all valuables in our van. But now we are back on our feet, fully MOT’d and back on the road through Europe and beyond!!

We didn't get to see the lunar ecipse here, it was raining in Calif. So glad you go to view it there and there won't be another till March 2025. And I agree, oil makes the pizza....yum! Love that you got to feed the birds like that. Yesterday evening while still light I saw 2 owls(they must have been siblings) in the tree above where I was walking the dog, they were so cute. Disneyland! I would definitely have to go there. Keep those spirits up and embrace the joy that life can give you. Take care you two.

What a beautiful day! Tokyo seems like such a magical place! Disneyland near Christmas is the best- I've been to Disneyworld in Florida on Christmas- they had actual pretend snow, among other things. So fun! I loved the moment in the park with the bird, too, had a moment when I recognized a word, gozaimus. It's basically the word of Japanese that I know 😅 my friend was studying Japanese and used to call my dog (her name is iO like the Jupiter moon) iO Gozaimus. That is unofficially her last name. Anyway! I love the idea of working in the middle of the night even though I know it can't be really as much fun as it seems, it's kind of cool, like stealth working 😅 So looking forward to seeing more of Japan! xo ❤❤

It was pretty awesome. If you are into rides Disney sea has more grown up rides, Disney land is more kid friendly. and that pizza is honestly the best pizza in Japan lol

Awww thanks so much Joy, that's so lovely to hear. We are glad to hear you are enjoying the Japan series, it feels very different to what we are used to filming vanlife. We have never mentioned how long we planned to stay simply because we didn't know 🤣🤣 we had a set amount of money and once that ran out it would be time to leave. Very excited to say we have got a van lined up for three weeks so we will at least be here until Christmas doing a vanlife adventure. But our visa is up in early January so that's the max

Wow never knew Tokyo had so much to offer how was the language barrier friends told me the trains were brutal
I actually think the trains are super easy once you get to grips with it. The stations are a different story though. Train system itself is similar to London, easy colour coded. But the stations are HUGE!!!! And that's what's confusing all the multi levelled stations full of shops haha.

Yeah our impressions are rock bottom, so it's just not showing our videos to people. I don't really understand why, but sadly it's out of our control 💔 we will just keep making videos we are proud of and that's all we can do.
